Atmosphere was awesome, food was amazing, prices were great and waitress Bri was super sweet! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Definitely worth a try and felt good to support a local place! I had the burger and it was perfection! And everyone at our table loved their food as well! The homeschool mom drink was great and awesome drink prices as well!

Service = Excellent
Atmosphere = all good except my personal preference is quieter, less heavy music. It is a bar after all and the music could have been much louder.

1st time in. We wanted to grab something quick and love trying local places. This one did not disappoint! Fantastic service. The hummus appetizer was delicious. I had the turkey melt with a side of chips and salsa. When it was brought out I asked if this was a “side” of chips and salsa because it was huge. My husband had the cheesesteak and fries. Said it was really good. There must be rooms available in the back because a lot of people were coming in for what appeared to be a baby shower. Definitely give this restaurant a try. They offer a military discount. We will be back.

Ordered the local burger and replaced the fries with onion rings. The burger was just OK. What i selected was the closest thing to a regular hamburger i could find on the menu. The local burger is advertised as two smash burger patties, coming with cheese and their special sauce. I always leave the cheese off, and prefer not to have smash burgers because I want to taste the beef. When I got the burger, it just had special sauce on it. There was no lettuce, tomato, onion or pickles on it, so I got the impression that the burgers on the menu are exactly as described on the menu. It was a little disappointing. But, oh, my, the onion rings were really good.

One of our favorite places. Grain valley needed this yummy place to grab a bite. Loaded fries are so good and their classic burger is chefs kiss! My husband loves their drinks.

Love this place! We came during lunch and it was a full house, staff was very attentive and had us seated within a minute. Food was really great! In our party we each tried a different item and zero complaints! If you’re looking for an amazing atmosphere and delicious food & drinks- The Local has ya covered!

Had an absolute BLAST at The Local tonight!!!! We learned about his spot from DJ Debby Z and decided to check it out for her opening night and WOW this place is awesome! The cocktails are delicious, the fries amazing, and the service top notch! Will be coming back for sure!!!!

Worth The Drive! The Local Table was shown as being just under a half hour drive from my house, but reviews we had seen for the pork tenderloin sandwich (Thursdays) convinced us to make the drive. We were not disappointed. We both ordered the pork tenderloin and onion rings. Before trying the tenderloin I took a bite of an onion ring to figure out how much salt and pepper to add and whether to use ketchup or request ranch dressing. I was amazed to find that the seasoning on the rings was so good I did not want to mess it up adding anything. I’m sure ranch would have been good with it, but that was not necessary. I ordered my tenderloin with lettuce, tomato, onions, and mayo and requested a bit of extra mayo as I normally smother my tenderloin with mayo or Miracle Whip. Again, the seasoning was perfect and the pork was thick and juicy. This is not one of those frisbee sized pieces of meat and was not one with a dry breading surface. The breading was a bit oily but that didn’t make it taste greasy or in any way detract from the flavor or texture. This was by far the best pork tenderloin I’ve ever eaten. I would love to try other menu items, but if we’re back on a Thursday I probably won’t be able to stop myself from ordering the tenderloin sandwich again.
Service was great and it felt like a nice small town atmosphere. Overall a very nice place. But the star of this trip was definitely the food!

Solid little place to grab a bite to eat. It’s not fancy. Doesn’t have a huge menu (which I thought was good). It’s decorated, I would say, kind of like they’re not quite done decorating. If that makes sense. The staff is very nice, easy to get along with and friendly. The drinks were made well. The food, although nothing fancy, like I said, is definitely solid.
