This was our first time coming here and we absolutely LOVED it! We had seen this place on social media and some of our friends had told us about their very famous wings so we had to come try it. When we got there, there was a lot of people, but were seated immediately. We ordered their wings with the gold rush sauce, and a pizza pie with meatballs, pepperoni, and mushrooms. While we were waiting, one of the employees named Pat, brought over our drinks. He was so kind and asked us if it was our first time here. After telling him that it was, he told us about their weekly specials. On Tuesday’s they have wings for ¢75, on Wednesday’s, they have a Chicken Sandwich special, and on Thursday’s they have their famous Smash Burger available. Since it was Thursday, we had to try the Smash Burger. We ordered some fries with it and it was amazing. The pizza had ricotta cheese on it giving the pizza so much more flavor and the crust was perfect. The wings were absolutely incredible. The Gold Rush sauce was incredible. They’re a good size and perfect to share. The pie of pizza is perfect for two people. They also have a wide variety of dessert options and we are very happy to come back to try more items on the menu!

Great food. Amazing staff. Pat was awesome. The manager makes the best banana pudding I have ever had!! First time at this hidden gem. I can’t wait to try the rest of the menu.

Wings and Pizza were definitely worth the hype. The dough taste so fresh and chars well without tasting burnt. Well worth a visit. I had to go twice. My kids loved it. They were big fans of the dough. They also really enjoyed the Tiramisu. Second visit we split a chicken parm dinner and it was delicious.

Make sure to get the Pizza and wings. You wont regret it.

Interesting little spot. Well hidden and minimal/difficult street parking. But nothing easy is worth it. Power through. In a world of generic pizza places LaRosa definitely stands out. Black blistered, thin, crunchy crust. Fresh cheese and sauce. So simple. Yet so many miss. Not LaRosa. Perfect pizza

Incredible pizza joint — the other dishes are even better than the pies! Don’t get me wrong — the pizza’s good, but I haven’t had a better arancini in the States. Loved the kale Caesar and the broccolini was cooked to perfection. Excellent, attentive service, and a warm, family friendly atmosphere. Wouldn’t come here for the pizza alone, but the overall dining experience is fantastic and the food is great.

Just beware that the parking is in the BACK! Bit of a pain if it’s your first time, but you’ll figure it out.

From the moment we were greeted by our friendly waiter Juan Pablo we had a delightful experience at La Rosa. He was very nice and really thoughtful!

It was me and my 10 year-old son Bryan. We ordered a half margarita / half white sausage mushroom and onion pizza. It was extraordinary! The crust of the pizza was soft and chewy, so if you like your pizza like that I would recommend it.

We saw the owner at the pizza oven making the pizzas, and you could tell he was experienced and had all the moves of an expert pizza man!

The restaurant has a little library of books all about pizza, and we thought that was quite interesting.

We had been thinking about trying LaRosa for well over a year. We finally did and we were glad we had the experience. We will be back.

Had been here when this spot first opened and had not been back since. Decided to go for Valentines night dinner. I had called 2 weeks before to make a reservation and was told that they don’t take reservations unless it’s a party of 5 or more. I called half an hour before we were going to get there to find out how long the wait was for a table and was told that they had taken reservations and that the wait was 30-40 minutes. Obviously, I was disappointed because Valentines is not a mystery on the calendar- its always the same day every year, and an established restaurant should know way ahead of time if they are taking reservations or not. Timing was in our favor on this night as we did not have to wait more than 10 mins for a table. There seemed to be 10 different people greeting and trying to help customers. Even when we were seated, many different people checked on us. I will say this, though – everyone was very nice, but it came across as they are not organized. We ordered mozzarella sticks to start and a couple of pizzas. There was a bit of a wait before we got the appetizer, but then the pizzas (pepperoni cups and a bolognese) were on the table in good time. The food was very good – the best part of the evening. They definitely need a better system for the service – it comes across as haphazard. The parking lot (located on Allard) is small, and it can be challenging to maneuver.

Today, my husband and I were in New Rochelle and happened upon a hidden gem. I haven’t had pizza this good since a trip to Philly 15 years ago. The thin crust was crisp but airy. Everything felt homemade. We live across the county but can not wait to return for dinner soon. This place is truly a find, better than most fancy restaurants and the pizza is, by far, the best we’ve had in Westchester or the 5 boroughs of NYC!
