Hole in the wall restaurant with awesome Puerto Rican style chinese food. Ordered the pepper steak, sesame chicken, general tso chicken, fried chicken and fried wontons, all were delicious with gigantic portion sizes. Pricing is very reasonable and meals here are a fantastic value. Staff were also very friendly.

The 1st time we came from a YT review. The customer service was great met the owner the food was fresh and hot. We live a distance away but if your good we will comeback. I have a large family and my orders reflect the same.** This time we placed a takeout order last night with a female the came slightly over $70. The lady read back the order which was great. We arrived a little before closing received 3 bags headed home. We opened the bags and realized a side was missing. I called them back but they were closed. No biggie we just called the next day. I advised the lady of the issue explained what we ordered how I have the receipt. I was advised they have no way to pull up the order as everything is thrown away. The lady said I should have called yesterday. In which, I said we did and let her know they were closed. At this point, I asked to speak with the owner. The lady advised okay just a second and disconnected the call. I called back then the phone was transferred to gentleman. I asked if he was the owner he said yes, however he didn’t sound like the person we spoke to on the 1st visit. Nevertheless, I explained the situation told him what we ordered and took pictures before we ate. I couldn’t help but laugh it’s just a side item however they appear to thin we we trying to get over on a side item. Though these days we understand their position. He explained he was trying to understand and is cooking come down in 10 minutes to pick up the side item. I was going to place another order since we had to drive there again. I’m glad I held off! Again, we don’t live close so we left immediately. On arrival, the gentleman was not the person we spoke to or who most of you that watched on theYT review. Though of course we show our proofs that are here attached. Initially, it was said the picture of the food was not theirs. Then they walked that back and could tell it was their food. This was so insulting especially being we did everything to ensure we took necessary steps saved our receipt and took pictures called back the day of and next day. It was said the person who took the order never added the side item. Now, I understand that could happen but I explained what we ordered over the phone if someone was actively listening this could have been stated at that time. Well needless to say after this experience we will not be coming back and nor did we get the side that they say was never placed. I am updating my review to 2 stars simply because the 1st visit was good.

Palacio Chino is hands down one of the best spots for authentic Puerto Rican Chinese food! I recently visited for the second time and was just as impressed as the first. I ordered the pepper steak and General Tso chicken—both were absolutely delicious. The flavors were spot-on, authentic, and just the right balance of spice and savory goodness.

What really stands out here, though, is the service. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, and the owner even came to our table to ask how we were enjoying the food, which really shows how much they care about their customers. It’s that personal touch that makes this place feel extra special.

This place is officially on my list for regular visits. The prices are reasonable, the food is amazing, and the service is top-notch. Highly recommend giving it a try!

Immediately no.. extremely disappointed. Completely empty over cooked wonton noodles. The chicken (which I thought were wings) were extremely overcooked with no flavor. Rice was also a hard no. No flavor in anyway.

NINE & A HALF REVIEWS!!
A friend recommended this place for a fusion . Asian/Puerto Rico mix. In my opinion the effort was just that. An effort. Everything we had was overcooked, I’ll have to return to review this at a later date. Get the Crab Rangoon. It was bussing. If you’re not picky, it could work but there are too many options nearby to settle .

This place still have the best and the closest PuertoRican Chinese food here in Central FL. First bite in to that pepper steak and I felt back to PR. Their rice, the tostones…with garlic! Oh boy! What can I say.. if you missed the chinese food from the island go and get you some Palacio Chino feast!

If you’re looking for the best Chinese food in the Orlando area, don’t look elsewhere. And if you’re Hispanic don’t worry they have tostones and a few other items to completely get everyone’s wants accomplished. Their bilingual staff is excellent and so are they’re customer service skills. You can order on the phone and in 10 minutes be there and your order be ready for pick up (unless they’re a bit busy) and their prices are excellent and they serve you plenty of food! It’ll be hard to eat it all in one sitting. Enjoy!

This is the only Chinese fast food restaurant in this area. The prices were not bad but the food was not good.
The only fried rice you can get is pork fried rice which was not seasoned. The veggie spring roll was extremly oily and the inside was raw.
The chicken was pre cooked and when they reheated it back up with the sauce it was dreadfully soggy.
Wont be going back here again.
The lady behind the counter was pleasant and the restaurant was very clean

All the staff here are very awesome people, I never have any issues to place and order. Always prompt and very attentive to each customer. Cashiers are very polite and helpful for everyone. The owners are very pleasant as well and can see they treat their employees well. Food is very good here. I usually get fried chicken, house rice and fries. Sometimes I may get some other stuff here and there to try and so far always satisfied. I do wish tbey did boneless ribs like NYC style, but its fine We just deal with it. Overall I do really enjoy this place and the food is worth it.
