I have given this establishment more grace then most will. For two months i have made countless excuses for them to myself. But something has to give. The food? Never right. The wait? Easily 30 minutes or more. I have never seen a McDonald’s ran so poorly. And it is BRAND NEW. The manager has clearly told everyone no matter the order pull them forward. I witnessed SIX cars waiting in multiple parking spots with nobody in the drive thru line. THREE employees having to walk to car after car asking them if they ordered this or they ordered that? Completely disorganized. I contacted McDonald’s corporate and only hope the District manager makes an appearance there. If you don’t mind wait times to the likeness of a steakhouse by all means give it a shot. But if you pull in expecting it to be fast and efficient like most McDonald’s forget it and go across the street to Hardee’s.

This is a new McDonald’s. They have been open for months now. They are just figuring it out like anyone else. They have really good customer service. Orders come out a little later than normal but everything was hot fresh.

The wait is horrible. Orders are always incorrect, burger buns are soaked in grease, nuggets are soft. Clearly management is the issue. There’s no reason for orders to be wrong when it’s quit literally spelled out for the cook, bagger and delivery person. There’s no reason for the person bringing the wrong food to your car, 45 minutes later, to be stuffing their face in your bag of food and pushing food around in the bag bare handed.
Management:
Maybe run ONE lane of the drive thru, to slow down the flow so you don’t have 15 cars waiting 30-60 minutes for their meal.
McDonald’s in the largest fast food chain in the world, I know their POS system has the ability to input the “wait stall” number on the bag so that poor little old man isn’t going to 15 cars before finding the owner.
Perhaps part of the interview process should be reading kills.
McDonald’s is an entry level job, I understand that but a 2 month old location should absolutely not have a 1 star rating, due to wait times and incorrect orders. Simple change of management may give the employees and location a fighting chance.

Ordered a simple sausage and egg biscuit, hashbrown and small coke for carry out. They were not busy at all. It took approximately 15 minutes to get my food and even then it was not cooked all the way through so could not be ate. I asked for a receipt and was told they could not give me one. I will never be back to this location ever again. Very poor experience all around. Don’t waste your time or money!!

Ordered a caramel frappe with no whipped cream extra caramel. I received the order 22 minutes later. And it still had whipped cream and very little caramel and was half melted. I was very excited for this McDonald’s because it’s close to me, but nevermind I’ll drive to Somerset or Stanford…

So I don’t normally do reviews, but this was my 2nd time at this location and both times they have completely messed up my order. The first time I tried to give them the benefit of doubt since they were kind of busy. This time I ordered a Big Mac meal and a deluxe quarter pounder meal with cheese. The line wasn’t that busy tonight, but after I placed my order I did have to wait quite awhile. They kept coming to the window like they couldn’t figure out what I had ordered even after I told them a couple of times and they acted like they didn’t know my meals were supposed to come with fries. I told them I ordered the 2 combos so they are supposed to come with fries and had the receipt right in my hand. Checked my bag before leaving and it did have the 2 burger boxes and both of my fries in the bag. Got home and the quarter pounder meal had no condiments and no cheese. Just a plain burger with a patty even after I told them twice at the window I ordered the deluxe. My Big Mac meal was missing one of the patties and had nothing on it but a little bit of Big Mac sauce. I will not be back there anymore after that!

Long wait times, multiple times my order has been missing items. There was a cat in the restaurant once. Employees are loud and rude, cussing where whole dinning room can hear. Ordered food today and waited 40 minutes in curbside spot. Went in to get the food. It was sitting on the counter. Got home everything was cold and I was missing a 10 piece nugget. Can’t go back because I am working.
Came back many months later just to say this mcdonald’s is still terrible. Food os terrible, service is terrible every single time

I’m surprised this place is in business. They never get my food right, I’m always waiting over 40 minutes everytime I go there, and the little dude running the place don’t care about anything or anyone. He seems like he has lack of experience and should not be in that position. Maybe if McDonald’s corporation actually listened and cared about their customers they would do something about this. Definitely will not return EVER!

the new eubank location is awful. they never get my order right. the good is either been I er cooked, under cooked, cold or has been setting there all day. if u complain and try to get what u ordered and it be hot food that is cooked correctly the manager always give attitude and most the time doesn’t want to make things right. all together it’s just not their best location in my opinion! do better mcdonalds

We ordered a few burgers and had to be pulled forward to wait. No problem. Got home and everything was wrong and we were missing 1 burger. Instead of no ketchup on 2 of the burgers, every burger only had ketchup on them and nothing else. Also, to have to wait that long I expected to have fresh food. These were definitely not just made so not really sure what took so long.
