I sat in the drive thru for twenty minutes with zero response. Yes, it was late at night but why advertise and keep your screens on that you are open 24/7 in the drive thru?? I saw orders on their screens, I saw people with headsets on, and I sat there for twenty minutes with no reply. Three other cars ended up piling up behind me and continued to wait. When I pulled around I saw one of the workers sitting outside just smoking and when they saw me pass immediately looked like they had gotten caught and went inside. I decided I still wanted Burger King after this and ordered through doordash. My dasher was stuck there because they weren’t answering but when I finally did get my food i was extremely disappointed. One of the Hersey’s pies I had gotten had a little label on it that said that it was pulled out of the Freezer and has been inside a fridge getting back for a week and a half. Then I proceeded to look at the drink to find that I didn’t even receive a Large Strawberry Nerd drink, I got a Medium Blue Razz Nerd drink that wasn’t portioned correctly so it wasn’t even filled to the brim. I know the ins and outs of fast food and everywhere I’ve worked we have always been LECTURED to fill to the brim. I don’t leave bad reviews until I am genuinely disappointed time after time.

Drove all the way over here and sat at window nobody answered. Called store 5 times and nobody answered even though 2 people in the store. The lady said they open until 5am. Even though it says 24 hours. Fix your hours on the app and all the delivery service apps as well

I had a terrible experience here. The employee did not acknowledge me at all, ignored my request for a receipt, and then closed the window and walked away while I was still speaking. This level of service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the location.

everyone was rude.. no one looked like the actually wanted to work. i came in before it was close and honestly it should stay closed. burger king is falling down. the food wasn’t the best either fries were stale and had no salt. the burger was made horribly and look unappealing.. never coming again. it’s horrid

I had trouble with a manager about a month ago and was told that another manager, would call me back never has so probably never going back to that Burger King ever again because I was treated like a trash, and it didn’t have to be that way. So maybe next time Burger King will follow through when your commitments to call back and find out how they can make that Store better

This is the worst Burger King location I have ever been too. They make you wait at the speaker and is is they even talk to you. The drive through line takes forever. Last Sunday I just drove away because it was so slow. Today was the same issue and I just ordered 2 for 5 deal. Im done giving this location a chance. Stay away from millard location on a Sunday. I can’t speak for other days!

This location needs to put a sign on their drive-through window, letting people know to pull forward to the second window and the first window has no service! Y’all got a line of people waiting around the building, not knowing that there is another window on the other side

I used to praise this location in past reviews but times have changed. I’m lucky if my order is correct and the wait time is long. The facility seems to be in distress also so really wondering about the state of affairs in the kitchen.

Brady was at the drive through window the night I drove up. It was late (little past 10:30) and I was getting hungry. I explained to him the situation, but I didn’t have a lot cash on me. We talked for a minute about my preferences (mild or spicy chicken, potatoes etc). I told him just do what he can do with the little money I had. He told me not to worry just drive up to the window.
When I got there I found Brady to be one of the most helpful and energetic people I’ve ever met. When giving me my order he told me not to worry, that im taken care of . I thanked Brady for everything he did for me , he said it was no problem at all, enjoy my meal,. After extending his hand there was a firm handshake between Brady and myself and I went home to an entire dinner that was both hot and fresh. Not to mention very filling
Thank You Brady, I can’t remember a time when I’ve had better service. Be proud of yourself, you’re one of the few.
