Got our order completely wrong, went back to get our order wrong then the girl said that they gave us the wrong donuts because they were out of the ones we had for our order. If that was the problem why did she not tell us they ran out or when we came back or offered us a refund?

This place sucks!! I put in a mobile order through Uber eats TWO hours ago and nothing… All I bought is 6 donuts and a medium refresher. It said it would take about an hour but this? This is unexplainable!! I tried calling them just to learn that, they don’t have the right number!!! Never ordering here again.

Me and my girlfriend get the dunkin from coal city on our way to work at 6am. The service there is not great but nothing compared to Streator. We’ve had burnt food numerous times, not mixed coffee with sometimes no syrups, plastic in the food from the cheese. I write this review cause last time we went we got the snacking bacon which is already $5-6 and they gave my girl only 2 strips.. barely scrapping the bottom of the bag it comes in. I have to walk in after ordering through the drive through only for the manager to yell at the one person cooking in a foreign language. The cook stares me down the whole time and then proceeds to add only 1 extra strip of bacon. We’ve never gone back since. Also reeks of flies all over the food everytime you go in. Check for yourself

My girlfriend and I usually don’t have any issues getting our drinks made the way we want them. Today however, my girlfriend got treated like absolute crap in the drive through, and the lady in the drivethrough kept trying to say they don’t mix any drinks up a specific way because “they just can’t” and didn’t give us larges either, only mediums. And would not mix any drinks for us. Or give me any extra espresso because it would’ve tasted bad.. meanwhile, in Ottawa, they do and will mix any drink we want and add any extra espresso we want no questions. The medium sized chocolate milkshake my girlfriend ended up getting cost 9+ dollars alone which is pretty ridiculous and way overpriced.

When you order a dozen donuts, and they only give you 10 but still charge you for the 12. You don’t realize it until you get home and try callling them but the numbers they have don’t work or go straight to voicemail.

Horrible service. I ordered 4 drinks and the guy at the window was rude. Went back in because he gave me one of the drinks in a small when I had paid for a medium. I also wanted to get one of the drinks hot instead of iced. I told the girl in there and she replied with “uh” and turned around and grabbed the rude guy. He told me you ordered all iced drinks. I said ya my mistake I meant for this to be hot. Still charged me and was rude and didn’t care. So I spent over $30 on 4 drinks. Completely ridiculous. If you hate your job go work somewhere else.

I moved to Streator back in December and I am a HUGE fan of Dunkin. I think they have the best coffee for fast food around. There is a male worker with glasses-Indian (using for description I love all races) who is probably the nastiest acting fast food employee I’ve ever ran into. I stopped going because of him. He throws my drinks and ALWAYS has a terrible attitude. I don’t know if he is the owner but they need to evaluate him. Today I went through because I wanted something fast. Didn’t have decafe iced coffee. While I was ordering tea he cut me off and I ordered that new chicken pepper wrap. Not only did he throw my sandwich but it wasn’t even ROOM TEMP YALL. I had to come home and warm it up. He needs to be fired because it’s ridiculous. I get not wanting to work with the public but don’t make everyone else especially your customers suffer because of your nasty attitude.

Stopped at 2:30 in the afternoon to grab a couple donuts , bought 2 double chocolate and 1 French Cruller…. Got home and the French cruller was hard and stale literally non edible.. the double chocolate was obviously at least a day old , threw one away .. spent 20 Years in the Air Force every base either had a Dunkin on base or right outside the main gate…. Always enjoyed their fresh donuts … haven’t had a Fresh double chocolate for Years.. it’s a shame when I can get boxed donuts at the grocery store that taste fresher than from a donut shop…

It was honestly the worst! There’s tons of flies, the place isn’t maintained, they’re always out of half of their items, and the things they have are 50/50 if it’ll taste old or not. One guy was being rude to other staff over drive and was angrily calling right by where I was trying to order made it impossible to hear the person. Didn’t even want my coffee anymore. Baskin side is suuuuper overpriced too. Don’t see why a latte needs to be $7 and a milkshake is $10. Don’t even bother!!!! just go elsewhere
