26OCT25 at 1425hrs. We had just come from a disappointing experience from a nearby restaurant. We popped in Lee’s on the spur of the moment, and it did not fail to please. Well, almost. Service was as expected for a fast-food outlet, though it was a little more friendly and accommodating than most. We had 3 sandwiches, the seafood, and the chili-cheese fries. All was tasty and worth the money until we got to the fries. I do not know what happened, but the chili-cheese fries tasted like something used to clean the floors. Disgusting, sour, chemical taste.
Chicken sandwich was delicious for lunch the following day.

We had one of our orders messed up, got yelled at when we asked them to correct it and when we got home, we found that the second order wasn’t at all what we ordered. Wanted chicken, got a hamburger instead. We tried to call to have it fixed and it was an answering machine. ♀️ $42.00 for a messed up order, no way to correct it. I just want to know if I was charged properly. Can’t charge this kind of money if you can’t get it right. Will be going to Metairie road location for now on. I know they aren’t the same owners.

The guy working the register today was amazing! He went above and beyond for me. I wanted a burger with no onions and he made it happen, with extra cheese I had my puppy in the car so I told him I would be on my car but come back in to get my food and he went the extra mile to bring it to me. I forgot my wallet at home so I couldn’t scramble up enough cash for a shake but I will definitely be back just for the customer service alone. I haven’t been here in years because the last 2 times they said I had to get onions but my coworker told me today that that isn’t true so I gave it another try and the food and service did not disappoint! Burger was super fresh and delicious

If you are looking for a homemade burger, this is the place. Keep in mind that homemade burgers are simple. Don’t expect something extraordinary. If you are looking for a different flavor or something new, visit other burger joints like Smash burgers, five guys, Shake shack stuff like that.

Burger and onion rings were good. Dining area like a mom and pops place. Clean. Without a tip came to about $17.
