Ordered my wife’s normal drink (literally used the previous one from in the app because I don’t drink this stuff and don’t know what I’m doing). The picture was what I got after taking it back in because there was no coffee taste for my wife. They said because she asked for “lite ice” that’s why it was 2/3 full. She still doesn’t taste any coffee and only has caramel drink with cold foam. This is a staple for her, 3-4 times per week and it’s never been like this before. Will not be returning to the Green Bay Road location again, this isn’t acceptable.

Sadly I didn’t get the name of the girl who took my order and that was at the window because she was so nice! Honestly I live closer to 2 other Starbucks but this one always makes my drink correctly and are always super sweet!

i place mobile orders here regularly. they don’t lock items on the mobile app, so i pay for things & when i get there find a bag on the counter with my name on it that says “see barista” and when i ask for a refund, i can only get store credit. i want my money back, i don’t want to come here anymore. this has happened at least 4 times in the last month where i order off the app and arrive and they don’t have it. normally the app will tell you if they’re out of something, so they’re clearly not updating. worst starbucks i’ve ever been to & i will start going to the starbucks on washington after this.

The picture should speak for itself. The cold brew I got was not in the tray all the way. The barista at the window was handing it off to me and I went to set it down and bam, the cold brew spills alllll over my car and all over everything. This Starbucks is perfectly placed within a very dense retail shopping area, and they also have a newer competitor not very far. Although it is nice that this location offers a drive through option, this has got to be the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to, whether you go drive through or inside the building. I tried to go in once to see if I could get my basic coffee quicker, but it seems that they follow orders the way they come, so it seems that if there were five cars in line outside, I walk in… I will be served as the sixth customer. Perhaps this is me just moving from a big city, but I would have thought that the walk in would get quicker service, but I was mistaken. However, with that being said… the staff are always bright and cheery to see you, which is nice… but the wait is always the worst at this location. Also please do not get me wrong, I will continue to go to this location, I just know that I cannot be in any hurry and I will always have to expect slow service.

I’ve loved going to this Starbucks location they’ve always been relatively fast and friendly I also work in the food industry so I tend to give people some lee way and I go here almost daily because I work in the area but recently the experience has not been great with one of the baristas. I order the same thing every time so I know my drink by heart venti iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso but within the last two weeks one of I believe the newer bartenders has given me issues. The drink has been clumpy and overall just not great now I do enjoy my drink to be more on the bitter side but recently it’s been tasting like someone just poured straight black coffee in. I’ve had them remake it several times at this point for a variety of quality issues but this time was outstandingly terrible. I actually went in today and got to hear the conversation my boyfriend went up and somewhat politely asked them to make a new drink for me and they said they would then I overheard the drink barista talking to her coworker about how I didn’t like the drink and how she knows what the drink looks like (obviously she doesn’t if she believes that the milk curdling is normal). I then waited around ten- fifteen minutes and went up again to ask about the drink and they hadn’t even started on it. Very disappointed in this experience and will no longer be getting my coffee from Starbucks. If anyone is looking seven brew down the road from this location has amazing coffee at half the price.

Updated Review – 1/27/24: I had two of my favorite things from Starbucks…. A grande Flat White with one pump of vanilla and a Sausage Cheddar & Egg Sandwich. Yum!! The coffee was made perfect and the breakfast sandwich was delicious. We pre-ordered online, so when we got there we walked in and our order was waiting for us. This is the e best way to order if you are in a hurry!

Updated Review – 3/12/23: Today, I went to Starbucks for a late breakfast. A grande hot Chai Latte… and a Sausage Cheddar & Egg Sandwich. The chai tea was delicious… and so was the sausage cheddar sandwich… but WOW, it was buttery! It was a good thing they gave me lots of napkins! The good news… It was delicious! Mmmm!!! One other thing… Great service. Fast and friendly!

Friendly, fast service. Always great coffee… but I got a Grande Chai Tea Latte tonight. It was delicious! Even though the line in the drive-thru was long, it went fast. (Sorry… I don’t have a pic of my drink.). I recommend this Starbucks!

We came yesterday for coffee and got two coffees just plan coffee. And good god. The wait for those two small coffees that ended up not being drinkable was insane. When we got home i dumped mine and at the bottom of my cup were coffee grounds. Thick coffee grounds. Disgusting!! Won’t be returning.

I was craving an ice chai latte, I decided to pick this Starbucks to go too. I was really hoping for a good restaurant experience, the quality of the place was really nice. Except for the 10+ people waiting for their drinks for over 30+ minutes in the drive through. As my friend and I my were the only ones in the building. Mind you this took over 30+ minutes also. When I was called to get my drink they forgot my name, and also was given dirty looks. I felt very ashamed, another reason why I order DoorDash these days because of these new teenagers attitudes, and how they respect their people these days. Anyways besides that fact, I take a sip of iced chai latte and with that sip tagged along a black hair strand and I go to think I have platinum blonde hair. Well I think that’s the last time I go to this Starbucks, really wasted my 30 minute lunch break for work to get someone else’s bacteria in my mouth. Hope this is a good honesty review for the next people who come here.
