We ordered poratta, chicken curry and fish masala fry. The poratta is super flaky and better than most of the places. Fish masala fry also good. Only thing will be place to sit which is inside a shop. Order Pickup will be preferred

Mallu Bros is a wonderful spot in Houston for authentic Kerala flavors. The food tastes truly homemade, with rich spices and traditional preparation that reminds you of back home. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and consistently excellent.
So far, we’ve had kappa, chakka, beef biriyani, porotta, fish curry, beef roast, kappa biriyani, boti, pork roast, and meen polichathu—and every dish has been outstanding. The meen polichathu was especially delicious. Hands down, the porotta here is the best I’ve had in Houston. Soft, flaky, and perfectly made, it pairs beautifully with their curries and roasts.
The restaurant is very well maintained, clean, and inviting—hope they continue to keep it this way. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making the overall experience even better.
If you’re looking for genuine Kerala-style food in Houston, Mallu Bros is a must-visit. Highly recommended!
