Order food and everything was cold!! So disappointing pay good money for food and get cold food!! It’s honestly ridiculous!! My wrap was so cold cheese not even a little bit melted!! This Arby’s location is trash!!

The girl who took our order was friendly and knew her work well. Restaurant was clean , I’m not sure when the condiment pumps were removed but the employees forgot to ask us if we needed any sauces and we had to go back up and wait in line since no one was available to just ask for a few packets. I personally prefer the condiments be available to the customers so this type of thing don’t happen. Unfortunately by the time I got to sit and eat my food it was cold so it wasn’t very good sadly. I hope to return with a better experience.

Love me some curly fries and classic with cheddar. The problem is the value. Nearly 12 dollars for a small messy sandwich, a handful of fries and drink is robbery. It’s just not a good value. Which is why I didn’t visit often. You’ll need to wipe down your table before you dine.

I work with DoorDash and I got an order here @1130pm and I arrived at the store @1140. I can tell the worker was ignoring me, so I called the store multiple times and they kept hanging up. So I pulled to the second window to get is attention I waited there for 20mins and he finally came to the window and I told him I had a DoorDash and then he proceeds to tell me that they’re closed and they didn’t get any orders and I told him I been waiting here for 20mins and then he pressed to lie to me and say they can’t do anything cause there closed. I lost out of money from that order and time because he wants to be a jackass and wait until 12 to tell me they didn’t have the order. So I guess they just close whenever they feel like it

Haven’t been to Arby’s in years. It’ll be years before I do so again. Everything was cold. The new steak bites were so covered in some kind of BBQ sauce, that’s all you could taste, and even they were cold. If this is typical of all Arby’s, I can’t see how they stay in business, this one in particular.

Got my food fast. Too fast. The store is freezing, the burger was burned on the outside, raw in the middle, has so much pink sauce i tried to scrape it off, but it saturated the whole burger, cold, fries were cold. The only thing that was supposed to be could was the coke. Threw the whole thing away. $12 plus. Inedible. Gets worse every time I go. I remember I hated Arby’s as a kid. Back to hating Arby’s. Oh and the jerk at the counter had an attitude because I asked for a bag for what I couldn’t eat. But I only took one bite before I felt like vomiting.

I have been to this location many a times before. I am very heartbroken every time I eat hear. I never get SAUCE. If I didn’t want sauce then I would’ve asked for no sauce. I repeatedly told the people that I want sauce and they never do it. Very poor listening skills.

My husband and I ate here a few weeks ago. No food for 15 minutes went to counter and my order was gone. Thankfully I had receipt. Gave us 2 coupons for free sandwiches for messing up. Unfortunately those coupons expired on 12/31/24.
