Ordered three combos, at number nine and number twelve in a chicken strip four piece, i ordered two drinks with two of the combos, so after waiting ten minutes, she gives me one drink, i asked where the other one was, and she says sorry, REFUNDS the first order and proceeds to re-ring up the order with a higher charge.
Now I didn’t care about that, except 10 minutes has gone by at this point, then I realized that the charge seemed low, so after ordering, then waiting, then re-ordering, she had screwed up and only rang up 2 combos. Now im in the window 15 minutes, I finally get her attention after several tries (because she walked away), and she comes back with the 2 meals in a sack. I said something about the 3rd combo (3rd time now), she goes and rings me up….again. so why would I ever go back there ? And the lobby always looks horrible, been there many times and it always is dirty. And this isnt the first time getting horrible service in the drive thru. Do what you want with the info.

Good hamburger deal. 7 bucks for a classic cheese with fries, a soft drink (free refills if dining in) & a dessert (ice cream sundae) which I upgraded to a blizzard for only 2 bucks. I requested no cheese and they did just the way I ordered. No fuss. Great service.

Two sets of hours were displayed, one specifically said drive thru was open until 9pm. I went there around 7:15 for the drive thru. I sat there for a few minutes waiting for my order to be taken,but it never was. If hours are posted they should be the correct ones.

I went through the drive through for a strawberry shake. I love the bits of strawberry that are in it and it was so refreshing! The server was so friendly and smiled a lot as she took my money and gave me my shake. I was glad I stopped there!

Absolutely disgusting store. Was served some stale, hard fries that were thrown into the deep fryer a second time to “freshen” them up. I know as I used to work at several places where people did this.
The tray that the food got handed to me on looked like it hadn’t been washed in a couple weeks, that is not only completely gross but possibly unsanitary.
Window sill had a collection of dead flies, even they can’t survive in such a putrid environment ☠️☠️
I wonder when the last time this place was cleaned was… A month ago? A year? Who knows, I didn’t even take many pictures I was in such a hurry to leave. You’d think a store with a small amount of traffic would at least be more clean ☠️
Definitely not stopping here for a while, or possibly ever again, unless maybe I’m DYING of hunger. I’d rather wait till Lafayette next time, good christ

Terrible customer service. Don’t both placing a mobile order, they won’t acknowledge it or greet you when you walk in to pick it up and then tell you to go get in the drive thru line bc that would be easier. A 17 min drive turned into an hour ordeal just to get a blizzard and burger.

The person in the back was angry, and complaining about their paycheck.
tasted like a microwave burger.
I for sure won’t return to the DQ since it’s always slow, and the building is too small.
Probably won’t return to DQ at all if that’s the quality of food I should expect.
Might want to consider closing this location if you do not intend on ever investing any money back into the business.
Locations like these can kill an entire brand.

AS Of 2/20/25, there is obviously new management at this location. Or should I say, THE MANAGEMENT HAS LEFT THE BUILDING!. I’m local and I’ve been eating at this location for 40 plus years. Never has this place been so disgusting. I will not be going back there. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned EVER. NO HOT FUDGE. The entire place looks like the toilet of a Interstate gas station.

The double cheeseburger was on point, the gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and professional. Easy stop and park when driving through with a tractor trailer. Will definitely make it a regular stop for me.
