Wonderful food! Our first time here and we really enjoyed it! The complex flavors and textures were welcome to my husband and myself. We got there at an off hour – close to 4pm – and with a few exceptions – had the place to ourselves. Steak pita, bowl with both choices of lamb, lots of extras in my bowl! We seemed to taste everything. Pickles, Persian cucumbers, olives. Relishes.. so good! Tiny black seasoned lentils, saffron rice, delicious greens. We even bought additional pita and a bagful of side portions of each flavorful dip to take home. The restaurant was clean, the employees were very friendly and helpful, but the music was HORRIBLE! and it was cold inside. Not sure what to do about the music (though as e were leaving I took a video as INXS came on.. 🙂 i will definitely bring a sweater

I frequently come in a lot and my best experience is always lunch shift! Everything is fresh and fully stocked! Raven is hands down the best and her staff members that work with her doesn’t disappoint either in the customer service department. When I see her smiling face and positive attitude I know my experience will be great.

CAVA on Fording Island Road in Bluffton is hands down one of my favorite spots! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and consistently delicious. Whether I’m grabbing a quick lunch or stopping in for dinner, everything tastes amazing and the ingredients are top quality.
What truly makes this location stand out, though, is the service — especially Raven! She is always fabulous. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, Raven makes every visit better. She remembers regulars, moves efficiently even during busy times, and keeps such a positive attitude. It’s clear she takes pride in what she does, and it shows.

I have a LOVE/HATE relationship with Cava. Unfortunately, almost every single time I have an order whether it’s directly through them or from Uber Eats there is something messed up or something majorly wrong from little things like pita bread always missing, tonight they said they ran out of pita altogether so got a bowl instead. Major issue tonight which was the entire plate with lamb meatballs being completely raw and inedible. See pics they speak for themselves. I love the offering here and usually everything is tasty but when the success rate is now probably under 20% for not having issues i think we may have to give up 🙁
