The crew here is the best I have ever experienced. Super friendly always on Point and serving everyone with a smile. I can’t say enough about how much I love the guys who work here. I’m here every morning and they help me get it started right.

This place is alright the thing that is hard to understand is how dirty they keep everything. Tables and carpet are always dirty when I come here. There are never any workers cleaning up after people eat and the amount of food on the floor is crazy. It makes me wonder how dirty the kitchen is. And if you look closer the walls and seats are dirty. There just isn’t any urgency to keep this place clean.

Although we didn’t wait on a table, the food took at least 20 minutes. Please increase staffing levels because the team preparing the food was working fast and hard. Maybe someone called in or something, but this is the longest I’ve ever waited at a panera for food. Food quality was good, had to wipe off the table we chose to use. Maybe more than one person called off.

This place needs more staff. I’ve ordered here three times and the orders have been behind, the employees are clearly overwhelmed (despite working hard and quickly), and my order somehow got lost in the system this third time around with no one being available to assist me to resolve it. I had to contact customer service myself to get my refund.

I’ve had many lunches here but this was probably the first time I’ve had dinner. Unfortunately my salad greens were wet/slimy. 1st time ever so I rated it 4 stars instead of 3. We met another couple here to have a light/healthier dinner. My husband’s sandwich was quite light on the meat and was mostly bread. The other couple ordered a bowl of chili with their sandwich and it was mushy. Perhaps it just wasn’t a good night. Usually not any issues here for lunch.

It was busy when I went but the staff was doing very well regardless. Prices were high even compared to everywhere else. But it’s a relaxed and casual atmosphere, great place meetup with friends or people you know.

Absolute trash.
I went to go get my food and the guy on the line was a complete jerk.
I went to put the pager up on the counter and he goes it doesn’t go there put it in the basket. Like I’m supposed to know? Ask me nicely.
Then I realized he handed me a spoon with dried on lettuce and someone else saliva on it.
I go back up and I go you gave me a dirty spoon he goes that’s your Mac and cheese I said THE DRIED ON FOOD IS MY MAC AND CHEESE?
Then proceeded to hand me yet ANOTHER dirty spoon with chocolate on it this time.
Food was terrible $23 dollars later.

VERY RUDE STAFF, paid $45 for dinner and they completely messed it up. Got home, opened it up , wrong food. And when I called to get kindly get the order fixed or at least a refund the lady over the phone mocked me and was very rude. Food is always good, but the staff needs to learn manners.
