The hospitality was AMAZING! An employee held the door open for me on the way in AND on the way out! They were very kind and made my order quickly all while maintaining good quality! The food was amazing and the fries tasted fresh and not cooked in old oil! I used online ordering through the app and it was simple and easy!

One of my top tasting burger and fry places to visit occasionally. If you can’t finish big burgers get the small one. Burger toppings are endless. The small fry order is can be shared with 3 or 4 people unless you are Jabba the Hutt. Service is great, friendly, and clean. Dine in is peaceful. My one complaint that keeps me from going more often are the prices. I would say they are real expensive even though their burgers are delicious! Take your family and the bill will shock you. Lower prices would bring me there more often.

Good costumer service and great burgers. The fries were amazing,I wished they would have extra condiments for the fries like cheese dip or chili,but they were still awesome!! I liked the free peanuts while we were waiting, and the smell of the burgers all over the place. Loved the variety of the drinks. We also liked the chairs and tables outside, however, it was too hot to try them. Overall we had a good experience and we’ll definitely be back!!

This is a fairly large location. We lost the location that is closer to our home so decided to take the drive to the Georgetown.
The staff was very pleasant. The ordering process was not difficult. They have quite a large board that takes up the entire wall above the ordering and cooking area. It explained in detail every item you could possibly want put on your burger or little burger. (2patties vs 1)
I ordered my husband’s burger with nothing but ketchup and relish as that is his preference .
I ordered my burger with bacon, mushrooms, and grilled onions, ketchup
and mayo .
Their French Fry orders are massive, so we went ahead and ordered a regular fry to share between the two of us (it was still massive. Next time we will get a small.) we had way more french fries than we could eat.
My husband declared his burger “Good”. I rated mine “Mediocre”. I’m not sure what it was that caused a rather unpleasant taste. I couldn’t tell if it was the condiments I had ordered but that’s my guess-something was off possibly the Mayo. The actual burger itself and the top bun were good. I left the condiments and the mayo which were attached to the bottom bun. The fries were good.
Service at the ordering station and paying for the order was no problem. The young lady who took our order was very pleasant and entered it correctly as everything came out to our specification.
There were a couple of people waiting for to-go orders when we arrived. We planned to eat in. It took about 15 minutes to be called up to obtain the order. Everything is cooked fresh so that was not unexpected. I felt like it was a little long, but it really wasn’t a point of contention .
Now for the ambiance…… it was another warm fall day -about 91’ outside.
It was uncomfortably cold inside. The air conditioning was absolutely blasting constantly. There was no on and off to it. We were so uncomfortable. We moved from an inside table to an outside table – that wasn’t-wasn’t perfect but being a little bit warm seemed better than freezing to us. The second thing that drove us outside was extremely loud “heavy metal” music. I took away one entire star for those two items that caused us to be miserable and unable to dine in. I would’ve only taken away a half a star for my burger.
$40 for two burgers, one regular fry and two fountain soda pops and tax/tip.

This location is fantastic! The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The manager here interacts wonderfully with his staff and customers and he actually works and doesn’t just bark orders. The burgers are a little pricey but that are delicious! You get a TON of fries, so well worth the money. They are fast and friendly here. The shakes are the bomb! The double stuffed oreo shake taste just like a double stuffed oreo!! Delicious!

Never in my life have I been so upset. How hard is a regular burger, small fry and large drink to put in? Because the guy at the register kept putting in the little combo and even after correcting him several times, instead of fixing it, stood there arguing with me. Then when I asked for the large drink, he said it’s not part of the combo I DID NOT WANT!!!! He still put the order in wrong. At that point I just got a refund and left. Even the lady behind me piped in saying to just put in the order correctly. Could not PAY ME to go back. I’d rather spend half the money at McDonald’s

It’s a crowded night and several of the employees are high schoolers. They are slammed with doordash and dine in orders- its a recipe for disaster. The young black man on the fries is not the manager, but he’s taking initiative and directing things as if he is. He makes it a point to apologize to every single customer for the wait, although the wait was not overwhelmingly long. The team seemed to work well together, and, although there were a few hiccups, as could be seen by last minute changes to some orders, they definitely got the job done. They cleaned up a spill in the lobby area and still served the people in a timely manner. A+ to the staff tonight.

Probably the best fast food option for vegetarians, as Five Guys has an actual veggie sandwhich on their menu (with mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, tomato, lettuce). This location is standard for Five Guys, clean, spacious and with friendly staff. Their Cajun fries are a tasty and flavorful indulgence. And of course, free roasted salted peanuts.

The ingredients were fresh, and wholesome. The price was a little high, but what do you expect from a company with Californian origins. The bun to meat ratio could use an adjustment as well an additional 30 seconds of toasting (bottom bun became soggy). The climate was unpleasant due to the strong fan speed on the a/c. I would recommend having a go at it.
