Regarding Chipotle in general, pretty expensive for what you get. For this store, ok service and atmosphere. Less busy than usual and the seating area & floors were pretty messy. The kitchen had personal music blasting louder than the lounge music. Always nice eating your food to two types of music at once.

Had such a negative experience receiving the wrong order. When telling the manager, Aniyah, she was rude and didn’t know how to make the situation right. Other employees were nice and apologetic! Ended up leaving without any food. Will not be coming back.

I love Chipotle and it was my first time going to this location. The service could be a lot better and the staff could be more attentive… The girl who was helping me with my order wasn’t really listening to what I was ordering and made a few mistakes. She was also giving me very small portions compared to what I usually get at other stores. The whole time I was in line and ordering, the rest of the staff were speaking to each other in Spanish and laughing out loud! I speak 3 other languages myself and truly appreciate other languages and culturs, but I find this act very disrespectful when there are customers in the store who may not know that language.

Twice I’ve been here in the last month and their doors are closed for one reason or another. The first time, they had a water issue – understandable.

This time, they have “digital order pickup only” and no explanation as to why. The dining area appeared totally open and the restaurant was staffed, but you could not order to dine in.

I eat Chipotle 5 days a week, and will no longer go to this location due to a general inability to be open reliably.

This is a corporate problem, not so much this location, but there is no way to reach customer support, and none of the employees at this location could help (I tried 3). So for years, I’ve enjoyed the benefits of chipotle‘s reward system. Recently they’ve added protein bowls to the menu, which is great. The problem is they have not updated the app and reward system to be able to use said points on said product. I suggested that an equivalent would be double protein because it’s literally just scooping meat into a cup. They would not accept it. They were not helpful in problem-solving. So here we are complaining on Google maps. Get it together chipotle.

Rude and very strange. I said no rice or beans and she gave me a stank look, asked me so you just want chicken? I said no i just dont want rice and beans i want the other stuff. She still proceeded to walk to the register, had tell her to walk back. Then gave me another stank look because i wanted queso after she asked me??? The guy was no better I said cheese and he barely put any on there. Not to mention my hotel is 5 mins away and my food was cold after i got back to it. It was not enjoyable.

I feel sorry about how Chipotle’s reputation seems to have taken a dive. In an effort to seek understanding, I believe that there has to be some common ground both parties (restaurant and public) can stand on while working together in crafting a tasty meal.

Seeing the disappointment and frustration in the reviews for this location, I reflect on my own experience serving at Sweetgreen.

I put myself in the Chipotle server’s shoes because I too have fallen flat on my face multiple times and royally screwed up in front of long lines of customers making important selections. I understand that servers will make mistakes, but I support them through this because they understand that 1) their work is my dinner tonight and 2) I’m counting on them to do their best.

Interacting with customers face to face is a learning process. This might be their first job for some of the staff. Responding to hungry road construction workers, beautiful weather, and the increasing demand for a personalizable and filling product, the Bluemound staff has been working very hard this year.

Having felt what a Chipotle server goes through while interfacing with customers, I also pay close attention to and taste the preparation intentionality of Chipotle’s rice and protein ingredients. I experience the care that they put into the food.

Both the carne and brisket (in my personal perception) are truly prepared to perfection. Smokiness, balanced seasoning, fat within the meat slices, roasted and moist.

—> The smoked brisket is brand new and I received some spectacular scoops. I approached them with kindness and respect, patience, and openmindedness. I was the only person in the line as the day ended, and I am justified in the price point because excellent quality food takes time and investment.

Looking forward to enjoying the watermelon lemonade sometime! Thank you so much guys; your perseverance and attention to my personal portion requests made for a super delicious evening. Keep up the great work. I love how you do it.

We love this chipotle location compared to others in the area. However, we find that anytime we order online there are errors. Components missing, or barely any guac when we pay almost $3 extra. Much better if you actually go in and order
