Waited 10-15 minutes at drive through, so I called the phone number to get somebody. I let them know that I have been waiting and I needed help to place my order. When I pull around, they never apologized or anything. They did didn’t smile or anything. Disappointed with the ribs. It is dry and chewy. I asked for mild sauce and they put hot sauce.don’t think I’ll go again.

It was so good! The flavor is exactly how I remember it from years ago, which really shows how consistent they’ve stayed over time. That kind of quality and reliability is hard to find these days, and I truly appreciate it ✨.
Yes, the line was a bit long and it took some time to get through, but they had just reopened and it was a busy Friday night, so that’s totally understandable. Honestly, I expected a little wait and didn’t mind at all ⏳. Good food is always worth being patient for!
Overall, I left happy and satisfied, and I’ll definitely be coming back again. Consistency, great taste, and that same nostalgic flavor make it absolutely worth it! ️

Shit show waited 1/2 hour for food. Ordered back ribs. Got 2 slab ribs. Waste of money, Wayne’s new school ribs needs to be open on Sundays. Jim’s is a joke. 2 tbls of baked beans and 2 tbls of coleslaw. I’m a small guy (165lbs) this was bullshit for 36$ my biggest portion was all the sauce they poured everywhere. Hit Wayne’s ol school on Center St

On this day, our ribs were smokey and the sauce was good. I like my sauce a lot thicker, but this was not bad. The fries were the best and 15 mins later there were still piping hot. We liked it. The potato salad and baked beans were very, very good. Over all, the meats were not bad, but the sides were better. Didn’t even have room for the cobbler. Next trip only sides and cobbler.

The whole order was wrong. They didn’t even want to fix it. The potato salad tasted awful like it was old. The customer service awful. This was my first time there only thing ok out of all of it was the kool aide

So good! Tastes the same as it did years ago so they are definitely consistent. May take a while to get through the line but they just reopened and it was a Friday night so I won’t hold it against them. I always plan on a little bit of a wait anyways. Got the spare ribs with spicy BBQ and fries. Comes with a couple slices of bread as well. Spent $52 for 2 dinners and had some leftovers.

Where do I begin?? I wanted BBQ, the problem was where? I had places in mind but I was like um let try Jim’s, haven’t been there in awhile. I ordered the brisket sandwich with baked beans and saucy fries, huge disappointment. The brisket looked like Sloppy Joe without the sauce with slices of meat, the taste wasn’t brisky at all. The sides weren’t good as well, but I’m mainly concerned with the brisket. I called the next day to discuss my order, the person I talked to told me to call back later because the people on that shift cooked it. I thought yall was a team??

$71 for two- five bone dinners! Three out of the 5 had two much fat on them. SMH! It definitely could have been better or less expensive! I can get two steak dinners for that!!! I won’t be going back!

Jim’s Rib Haven is and has been my favorite place for BBQ! You MUST have the saucy fries… if you are traveling for more than 20 minutes, get the sauce on the side so they’re not mushy.
If you like a good heat that is not over powering, get the medium. Medium has a nice kick and adds the right heat to your meal.
Enjoy your BBQ!

Somewhat off the beaten path today, and what did I discover…….REAL BBQ!!!!!I’ve been on a hunt for real BBQ over a year since moving here from Florida. Although the drive-thru wait was 15-20, it was absolutely worth it. The ribs were tender, seasoned to perfection, and the BBQ sauce was homemade. I knew I was in the right place when I could see smoke coming from the building.
