Went here for dinner before the football playoffs game. Sort of busy, but not too busy. The food was good, the fries and chicken strips were decent. The bathroom was clean too (btw there wasn’t any people when we arrived, just the workers here). I would recommend going here if you are near or live in the area.

The lobby was great, perfect music volume, temperature, cleanliness. The brisket was terrible and for the first few minutes, long enough to stop, stand in line, download the app then order and sit down before anyone even acknowledged that someone was at the register area. Plus the fries were ice cold.

I used a BOGO coupon & got a free been n cheddar when I ordered one – so my rating is based on those 2 sandwiches & they were absolutely amazing! They did not skimp on the meat or the cheddar! Normally you get 2 ‘dots’ of cheddar & if your lucky 4 or 5 pieces of meat… but not this Arbys in Hendersonville!

Kind of surprising, because when I went through the drive-thru there were only two older ladies working there running the whole place. They did a great job, the food was good, but management needs to get on the ball and staff the restaurant like it should be, not rely on two older employees to run everything. Having said that, however, they did do a good job.

Buyer beware. I just threw $11.00 in the trash. I work in food service so I know trying something new can be hit or miss and I wish I would have missed the steak nuggets. The flavor is ok but being microwaved they were raw in the middle and were stringy like the beef cubes in a can of Progresso soup. Steak ay Arbys yeah I know, but their other non roast beef stuff is decent, burgers, tenders etc. like they say on sesame street a la peanut butter sandwiches. Everything else 5 stars

The rib sandwich is to compete against McDonald’s Mc rib sandwich. It was much better than the Mc rib sandwich fat wise, but had a lack of flavor. Arby’s needs to find their seasoning again. Same with the cheesesteak. No flavor on the sandwich. Somebody needs to shake something on that meat. Video review coming to “Jack on the go show” on YouTube.

Just ordered 3 Jalapeño Beef Sliders. These couldn’t have been nastier which equals inedible. The meat was chopped and minced to death and tasted like unflavored beef mush baby food. I have never had a Arby’s slider where the roast beef was chopped and minced. Even the buns were mushy. Yuk! . Thats 3 Yuks for the 3 sliders.
I called and spoke to Kanethea the manager who said bring my receipt back and she would replace it. I asked her did they change the way they make them as the ones I have had in the past were made with slices of roast beef folded to fit on the small slider bun. She said that’s how they have always been made. I don’t think so. After arriving home and looking in my car, I realize I wasn’t given a receipt. How convenient!
Just F.Y.I. Wouldn’t want a replacement of this, just my money back!

No issues with service. My issue is with the sliders. $2 for a roast beef slider barely bigger than a Totinos pizza roll. I can buy two White Castle sliders for the same price. Not only is the size laughable but the amount of beef is ludicrous. Take a look at my slider compared to what Arby’s advertises. NOT EVEN CLOSE!
