We met my dad for breakfast. This restaurant is located right outside of downtown Orangeburg. The food was absolutely delicious. We understood that this is a new business. We told them they need better signage bc it was hard to find the front door. But overall, we had a good time. Highly recommend the waffle options. The chicken was seasoned so well. Great addition to Orangeburg restaurants.

Really enjoyed the food, it was so flavorful! The music was also great. They have good reading material too while you wait. I had the steak bowl, my husband had the Cajun bowl, couldn’t take a pic of that because he started devouring it lol. Can’t wait to come back here again.

My family and I went here for the first time. The food was amazing and the personalized service was great considering it was a one woman operation that morning. The food was prepared fresh and the presentation was great. We tried a few menu choices that were all delicious. Thank you chef for educating me on Taylor ham. Now I have to try some. I would definitely recommend.

We decided to try this place based on the review of the chicken and waffles sandwich – I’ll have to go back bc once I saw red beans and rice on the menu I was sold. The last time I had red beans I lived in New Orleans and my self appointed New Orleans grandma, Mrs Amelia, made them for me. These were a very close second and made me feel like I was back home in NOLA. Even the cozy hole in the wall vibe felt like something you’d find there. I wish we didn’t live so far away but we will make a trip back. Thanks so much for the experience (my boyfriend had the ramen, it was also delicious)

We were in Orangeburg for a competition and took a chance on Sunday Girl’s. They were extremely accommodating and incredibly kind. Some people ordered off the menu, others had the chef serve whatever she felt like creating, and all of it was flavorful and delicious. If we were local to the area, we would absolutely add this to our take out rotation. We ended up eating inside, which was fine, but it didn’t feel much like that was the intention here. That being said, it could have just been that we showed up on a random, rainy Wednesday for early lunch. The food is great and you should absolutely give them a chance if you’re in the area… even if you want to venture off the menu a bit.

This is a culinary experience to experience. The food coming from the second floor of one of the buildings near the S.C. State campus is nothing less than impressive. The couple that cook and serve the food here make the trip to Orangeburg worth whatever you came here for as long as you stop here to eat. Highly recommend.
