I was really disappointed with my order. The sandwich looked nothing like what was advertised. The portion of chicken salad was extremely small, barely enough to cover the bread, and it was mostly lettuce and bread. For the price, it was not worth it. It felt like I got a half-filled sandwich instead of a full meal. I will not be coming back unless the portions improve.

First off, if you are staying in one of the hotels near Chicken Salad Chick, for god’s sake, do not trust Google Maps to get you there. It was a completely miserable failure.
Now, on to the restaurant itself. Delicious. I got the classic chicken salad on croissant with bacon. I felt like the bread overpowered the chicken salad, and the classic chicken salad is amazing. For my side, I had a scoop of the southern chicken salad; I liked the classic better. The sweet pickles tasted too store bought.
My husband had the turkey club on toasted white bread. It was exceptional. And huge! He had a scoop of the apple-pecan chicken salad. He couldn’t tell it had anything other than the classic. I got a mild pecan flavor and would be willing to give it another try.
The white chocolate cake was screaming at me when I walked in, so I tried a piece. It was goodish, but not really worth seven bucks.

To preface things I must say that I consider myself a chicken salad snob. I have heard of Chicken Salad Chick in the past, but finally decided to try it. Their chicken salad is out of this world good…like the absolute best I have ever had in my life. There are many types you can choose from, but something always brings me back to Classic Carol. I literally eat it with just a fork, as nothing else is needed. It is perfection.
This location is very clean and so cute. The service is always quick and the staff are so nice and professional. If you love chicken salad, this is the place for you.

I’ve been to a few Chicken Salad Chick restaurants. This one did not disappoint. The service was friendly and the food was good. This area seems quite busy, so finding parking can be a bit challenging.

Dropped in for dinner. Picked the original chicken salad croissant sandwich with provolone cheese and a side of poblano Mac and cheese. The sandwich was delicious; did not have an over bearing taste, very mild. Also, the restaurant has a perfect sanitary score of 100.

I absolutely love Chicken Salad Chick in Wilmington. The people in this location are amazingly helpful and friendly. I love the seasonal selections that they have such as the current one that is like a combination of jalepeno holy and the cranberry one. It is in the list of go to places for our family.

I ordered the Barclay on wheat, toasted, with a fruit cup and drink. My food was quickly delivered to the table.
Everything was tasty and it came with a cute buttercream cookie.
The bathrooms were incredibly tidy, the floors in the store were well maintained and there wasn’t an unclean table in sight.
Hoping we see one of these stores in Jacksonville, NC! Including pictures of the menu for those interested.

Surprisingly good, really busy, good and organized, colorful menus, good mix of items their chicken salad is really good and comes in many flavors, the salads were delicious and the grounds appropriate for the area. For bonus points there is a Tesla charger around the corner of the building. Nice change from the standard food faire.
