Alright so, I was at McDonalds earlier today at 4pm cuz I was working on a paper, and I met the manager on shift, James, and he was phenomenal, I had gotten a large mocha frappe, and I had to wait awhile but yk, short staffed, people in the drive thru, I get it, had nowhere to be so I told him to take his time. So I go up there after about 20-30ish minutes and he comes up to me and asks me what I was waitin for, and he’s all chill about it, I tell him I had an extra shot of espresso and he’s told me I had to wait for it to get cleaned but I weren’t mad. He communicated and all that, he provided very very great customer service, definitely going back for that brotha. Remember now, James a great manager, very much should be an inspiration for any other managers.

Our order was wrong. The lady working the drive through was so nice and made sure we we watched the screen and that she was getting everything right, and she did. But whoever makes the food completely didn’t pay attention to the order screen because they put everything on chicken sandwiches which where suppose to be plain with only cheese.

Drive through order : got the crispy chicken combo the chicken was burnt,the drink was watery was supposed to be Dr Pepper I guess they forgot to change out the syrup? But on the up.side the fries were good !

Took nearly 10 minutes just to get an iced coffee, i even saw on the screen that i was the only order in queue but some of the staff members were just trying to look busy sweeping floors for no reason instead of working on my order…
After ordering the iced coffee at the screen, i was literally just standing by the counter for 10 minutes and wasn’t really acknowledged by any of the staff. Also the receipt printer was jammed so i couldn’t get my receipt.
Only reason they’re getting 2 stars is because the caramel iced coffee tasted great and the lady who looked like the manager seemed sorry that I was waiting there. But still, kind of an unusual experience for a McDonalds.

Its a absolutely disgrace. Waited 27 min for 2 Mc doubles. Go in and ask what happened? They all looked like they were oblivious of my order.

Nope, they had no tea, we ordered soda and when we pulled around the drive thru they had a jug of store bought tea sitting in the drive thru window… Then we got our food and the nuggets were over cooked so bad we couldn’t eat them .. do better McDonald’s!!

Advertising for something they don’t carry. Told they don’t even have a machine to even make them. Food wrong yet again for the fourth time.
Over the course of my 40 year life mc Donald’s has become worse and worse. I wish y’all could get it together, especially seeing as y’all think you’re underpaid when you can’t even do the job right. We just got done opening up eight hamburgers because we had the same problem last time ordered eight McDoubles half of them no pickles no onions no ketchup just cheese and meat and mustard. Returned for them told him to make it right and I wrote this first part of the review before I even finished this part as I’m sitting here in McDonald’s because I knew they were going to screw it up.

Fries were freshly made and not too salty. The woman taking our drive thru order was real great and polite. We stayed at the parking lot, it was clean and orderly.
