Since posting this review, the company has reached out (quickly) to let me know they are working to improve and also offered to make things right. I added a star for that. I’m part of their sip club and frequent many different locations. I’ll be checking back in to see if I need to delete this review and give them a higher rating
First, you’d think you would be greeted with a hello and a smile at a business establishment. Not here. That’s whatever lol
You can tell they subcontract a window cleaning company, which is always nice. But then I get inside and see that it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for at least a couple days. Especially the bathroom. And I got here right at 7 AM. So there’s no way anyone created that mess before I got there. After seeing that I’m afraid to even drink the coffee. Forget about ordering any food!

Good place and budget friendly! They have a new thing on the menu which they advertise at the entrance. You can get for under $10 sandwiches and salad or soup. I paid $6.99 for a tomato basil soup and a barbecue chicken . It was really good . Since it is new , I had to ask the cashier and she was not really familiar with . She went to the back and asked. Then she said they indeed have that and that she can tell me the choices from the register. They have a variety, so I am sure that you can find something to fit your taste. The sandwich was warm which I loved.

First time back to Panera in a year and boy has the food quality slipped. The packaged broccoli cheddar soup Panera soup I buy at Frys is better. The staff were friendly and helpful and the store was busy and clean.I should have gone for sushi.

First time here but don’t have a chance to try bread or any sandwiches or soup. But only sodas and fruit juices. They are so many options to select and can change if you don’t like them and refills. Crowded with customers. But quick service as saw from another table’s orders.
Toilets available, nice and cozy decoration.

Charging $10 for HALF a sandwich that was so small & had almost no meat is insane! Sandwich was smaller (on left) than the small piece of plain bread they included. No flavor, it was a joke! *See photos. A small desert plate was way too big for this sandwich, I don’t know how they charge $10 with a straight face. A foot long sub elsewhere is cheaper and you get alot more meat & flavor. We won’t be going back.

The mac n cheese is $7 after tax for a small bowl same size as a KFC mac n cheese. Its good but not worth the price. $15 for half a sandwich and small mac is not worth it. I come here once maybe 3 times a yr.

They don’t brew decaf coffee here past 2pm which is one of the reasons I prefer the Dana Park location. Otherwise, it’s what you can expect at a Panera. Employees are nice and the drive thru is convenient.

9/25/23 1300hrs $19.26. Whole Fuji Apple salad with Chicken & Green Passion Smoothie. The apples were dehydrated flakes, not freshly sliced apples. I enjoyed the vinaigrette dressing as it complimented the salad. Blue cheese also added great flavor! I would eat again!

I really enjoy Panera! The meals are fresh and most of them are healthy(they also have delicious pastries!). They have sandwiches, soup and you can purchase whole baguettes of French Bread that are crusty on the outside and soft inside! Also, excellent breakfast sandwiches are available and they’re a nice break from the typical sausage muffin. Yogurt with fresh fruit and granola are in the mix too. Dine in, drive thru and online ordering is convenient.
