Normally I have no issues with Panera, but I was disappointed this time. I ordered the pick 2; mac and cheese and the French ciabatta dipper. I’ve attached a pic of my sandwich. There was barely anything on it. And the au jus was French onion soup, so that sucked. It was pretty much having a cup of French onion soup and dipping only bread in it. Hopefully things will be better next time. Definitely wasn’t worth almost $16.00.

We have enjoyed Panera for years. This visit was horrible!! On a Friday evening in Kingsley,7:30pm, the drink station was already torn down for cleaning! Then the French onion soup was cold. When it was taken back, the kid in the kitchen told us that there was a microwave out on the floor!! What?!? We go out to eat and get told to warm up our own food that was supposed to come out hot!?! I then took it to the front counter and said it was unacceptable and they said they’d make it right, and again it came out cold!! Unacceptable!! FINALLY on the 3rd try they finally got it hot! But by the time we got the soup hot, our hot sandwiches were cold!!! The worst experience ever at a Panera!! Do better next time!! Although it will have to be with someone else. I won’t be coming back to this location to “use the microwave out on the floor” myself!!

I am pasting the same picture from another review because I had an issue with these same individuals. Erika yelled at me and bucked for asking for napkins – completely unprofessional and unwarranted. Who hires these types of people and keeps them employed when they are clearly ruining the entire establishment and making it an unsafe environment for everyone around. There are already accusations of racism and aggression from so many others. Carmen as well is beyond uncivil insolent. They have no home-training and are offensive to customers. This panera and it’s manager are not doing their job and need to be placed elsewhere

I’d like to give a special shout out to Amanda who took excellent care of me this morning. She was polite, kind, warm, and charming. She had fresh coffee brewed and it was hot, everything was stocked and the bakery was full and plentiful. I hope she is truly appreciated as she is a hidden gem and you don’t find people like her often. Some Paneras I’ve been to with kiosk, you don’t get greeted or acknowledged and it’s not a good feeling when you go into a place to spend money. At this Panera, Ms. Amanda is the best and we had a lovely chat and she really brightened my day, & made my morning 5x better.

The way the package the bagels and pastry is simply gross. They stick in coupons and receipts in the bag. Customer service in drive through is lacking. They never know which bag belongs to who. It’s simply a disaster and I was a Panera lover but they have simply made me never want to go there.

Carmen and Erika are extremely combative and rude. Beware of these individuals making your food. My sandwich was made wrong so I kindly asked if I could get it remedied and was immediately met with a bad attitude and defensiveness from Cameron. Then Erika chimed in and was rudely told me i was wrong and they were right. I felt bullied and dogpiled on for no reason. I finally got it remade but couldnt even trust that they didnt do anything to my food, so ive also wasted money on an establishment that mistreats their customers. I’ve noticed them be rude to other customers in the past and now I know that this is their regular customer service. No accountability or simple empathy from these two. It is just food, mistakes happen and I understand that employees go through so many things – I am in food service myself. That’s why I remained kind, but these two are not qualified to serve the public and handle anything that people are going to ingest. Management is not doing their job by keeping these two around, especially after so many complaints against Erika.
