I have been to the taco truck 50+ times and it is my absolute go to authentic Mexican food, they also have a location in new hope that is just as good!! I order 3-4 Chroizo tacos every time and they are made to perfection every time. Reasonable price and lots of different options for all tastebuds. Would highly recommend for a quick lunch or dinner

I had a barbacoa burrito for dinner before my curling league. Friendly workers and the food was fantastic. The toppings were all fresh and distributed evenly throughout the burrito. The hot salsa was fresh and had a good kick.

I have done real street food for 12 years in PV Mexico. I stop by here 3 times a week. Right next to Chasers Liquor in Chaska. The best anywhere. Why go to eat fake Mexico tacos. These are real and freshly made. Stop by and say hello from Juanita. That’s MN. John.

Baloons, Bubbles, and Drinks. Makes the perfect time. They were missing the baloons and bubbles. The Drinks make up 90% though. Highly recommended!!! The food was spectacular. The atmosphere was sub par.
