We tried out their $20 Double Meal Deal. It was definitely worth the price. We got two burritos, two large drinks, and a large order of chips/guacamole.
It had been a while since we ate here, just due to high prices (in my opinion). So it was a treat. My 14 year old mentioned how good it was, and that is really saying something.
The pick up was a bit on the slow side. We were told it would be ready at 7:10, but we didn’t get it until 7:30. The crew working the pick up area were very nice, and made sure to show us that everything was in the bag, before we left. Props to them.
They had someone in the dining area making sure it was clean, and all employees I could see, stayed busy. No one standing around talking even though no one was in line to order. Seems like a nicely run restaurant.

First off the ladies were very rude over the intercom acted inconvenienced that I was even ordering. I also asked for EXTRA lettuce on the side and they literally just took the lettuce out of the burrito container and put it into a separate one.. also burrito wrapped super loose
EDIT: upon taking one bite i saw a huge chunk of meat and had a bad feeling… opened it up and sure enough i got ONE piece of meat. Almost a $20 meal of lettuce, rice, beans, tortilla and two bites of pork. Awesome. Will not be returning as this also happened last time but atleast the chunk of meat was sizable.

We ordered online. When we got here there were 10 other mobile orders in line. Keep in mind the front crew was standing around when they could have been picking up a couple mobile orders to help with the backlog. Antonio and the mobile order crew were working hard while the others stood around. Good food though.

Walked in to this location and the workers seemed really rushed. After about 5 minutes of waiting, we were told they were closing in 20 minutes (even though it was only 5:40 PM) and that what was out was all they had. Only afterward did we notice a small sign on the door saying they were closing early for a party. The staff was nice and the food we got as good, but it felt like the store was already closed and we were an inconvenience, which made the whole experience pretty disappointing.

One of the worst cafe Rios I’ve ever been to, we came in two hours before closing and they were out of everything and nothing was ready, yet no one was there and when asked to make more queso and steak the cook in the back rolled her eyes and was clearly displeased. The red enchilada sauce was INSANELY spicy even for me (and I’m Latina). The front of house staff was nice and gave us a discount but then they were all ordering their own food and jumping in and out of line and then all up in our business when trying to fill up our drinks. Just not great customer service, would recommend the Taylorsville location instead!

I went placed an ordering the drive thru and was amazed at the service I received. The gentleman read my order back to me and gave me my total. I pulled up was greeted with a hello and he helped me with my coupon on my app. He looked at every item in my order and one was wrong he took it back to the line and it was fixed in no time. He took the time when most wouldn’t. His actions are world class customer service at this time. This location is a bit out of my way but I will be coming back because Jose was so awesome and cared. Thank you Jose!!!

I got takeout and ordered online. Antonio was amazing helping us. He even went through the order with us to make sure everything was correct and was so kind! I forgot to order house dressing and went back to get it and Antonio recognized us and came to help, definitely deserve a raise for being such a kind and hard worker. This Café Rio location is beautifully decorated for the holidays and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The service is consistently friendly, fast, and excellent. We especially appreciate the fresh, healthy, homemade quality of the food and the care they take in tailoring each dish to individual requests. The Tuesday Taco specials are a favorite—homemade soft taco shells with melted cheese in them and slow-cooked, perfectly seasoned meats make this location well worth the trip.

Best experience I had with Cafe Rio was this location. People are so nice and all ingredients were fresh. I ordered sweet pork salad and the most thing I liked was the amout of meat they gave me. Just come and see.
