Located in a beautifully restored 100-year-old building, our restaurant blends historic charm with Spanish-inspired flavors. Enjoy delicious, handcrafted dishes and unique cocktails in a space that features its original 25-foot brick facade, elegant front archways, vintage windows, and ceiling. A perfect spot for a memorable dining experience in the heart of Patterson.

This is definitely one of the more beautiful restaurants with an incredible bar and wine cellar. This place definitely sticks out in the local region because it is a well thought through physical restaurant. The dining room area while small ish is matched with an incredibly nice and large outdoor area. The artwork is very interesting kind of a unique mixture of rustic and latin art.
My only problem is the food. I only had 2 things but both were very very intensely greasy. The French dip was the special of the day and that intense grease flavor stuck in my mouth for way too long and gave me a headache and heartburn. It is cooked in a strange way that just treats it almost as if it’s fried. I wanted simple basic healthier cooking methods. This restaurant is very close to being a great restaurant if they can reconceive how they cook the food it can get better. Keep it simple keep it fresh and don’t over fry or salt or oil up anything.

Overall, the pace is decent. The food is good compared to what’s around. One butt I would add. The food is expensive for what you get. I ordered the chef’s special 32 oz. Riley. The meal included 5 asparagus, 7 small potatoes, 2 pieces of Squash. 80-100 sounds decent for what we got. It was a $165. The ribeye was precut, which I did not like. I have gotten ribeye’s at other restaurants, they seem like more than what I got. I would comeback, but with stick to their regular menu

Food was amazing, as were the drinks from the crafted cocktail menu. The atmosphere was quiet, and relaxing, making it easy to converse with your group/dining partner without having to raise your voice. The service was spot on! (Our server was Michael). Checking in frequent enough to where we knew what we wanted by the time our server came, yet not too often to where we felt rushed; knowledgeable and forward about the menu choises. Definitely will go again!!

Having grown up here I am so happy to see we finally have some fine dining. The restaurant is beautiful, peaceful and fun at the same time.
Service was friendly and prompt despite it being a Saturday night and busy.
We really enjoyed the short rib. We will go back for that. It was fantastic. We also enjoyed the bread pudding and Affogato.
The Porchetta appetizer was good but not something I would feel compelled to order again. The Paella Mar y Montaña came out quickly (menu says 45 min wait but it is much quicker, maybe 20 minutes) but we were not fans. We have never had Paella before so it is very possible it is really good to someone who enjoys Paella.
Overall, super satisfied and plan to come back.

Came here with family to celebrate Father’s Day. The atmosphere is wonderful and I’m happy to see a restaurant this nice in Patterson. The food was really good, but the service needs work. We enjoyed the coconut shrimp, burrata and bruschetta appetizers and the chicken Parmesan, Halibut, Prime Rib and Scallops, but the pasta carbonara was lacking flavor. Our server failed to tell us that the short ribs were unavailable until we were ordering and we had to send him away because three of us were planning on ordering it. We had a pretty good experience overall.

We sat in the bar. We were greeted almost immediately by a very friendly bartender who suggested cocktails and made them. They were top notch. A Cadillac marg and a Blackberry Marg (kind of…can’t remember the name…sorry). They were very good! We shared the Stuffed Squash Blossom appetizer special and it was the bomb!! We had two different salads and the chicken flatbread. Everything was excellent. Chris was our server and he did an awesome job. We were just passing through and our hotel recommended this place and boy did we get lucky!!

What a great spot! The outdoor lights make this place easy to spot as soon as you come into town. So inviting inside and out. Cute little private seating coves and rooms through out. Our server was amazing and knowledgeable of menu items, gave me a great recommend on wine, and answered so many questions about the menu. Everything looked so great it was hard to choose. We ordered the Shrimp & Grits, Chorizo Flatbread, and the Dungenus Crab Stuffed Pequillo Peppers. Everything was so great. Will definitely return to try some more of those menu items.

I had the pleasure of dining at The Old Water Office, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance strikes the perfect balance between historic charm and comfort, making it a memorable setting for a great meal.
A special shout-out and heartfelt compliments to Chef Pedro Ayala – every dish was a masterpiece. The flavors were vibrant, beautifully balanced, and clearly crafted with care and creativity. You can tell there’s true passion behind his cooking.
Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and the entire team made the experience feel warm and welcoming.
If you’re in the area, don’t miss the chance to visit. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be returning.
