I came during a very busy lunch time. At first glance it looked like chaos. However after paying attention a little bit I could see behind the counter the manager Denise was the circus leader. She had everyone in line getting food moving keeping things in order and keeping customers happy. I was very very impressed. I feel that without her that store would totally collapse. But she showed kindness strength and courtesy towards everyone. A very fine employee indeed. Thank you for Denise for such a great experience.

Ordered dinner off the app (1st time), the app didn’t indicate where to pick up, so I went inside. The young man at the counter was super friendly, the manager on duty was another story. She chastised the young man for not placing the bag for my items in the drive thru, he mentioned that I was inside, she looked back and went; “oh.”
I wasn’t handed my already made drinks, instead I got 2 empty cups offered to me AFTER I pointed to the drinks he made. She was just unhappy and as rude as can be. McDonald’s may be slow but at least they are friendly, everybody! Next time I’ll go across thr street to DQ.

Just your typical Burger King, but the customer service was outstanding! We’re traveling with out two service dogs and had been on the road for hours and our pups weren’t wanting to eat at rest stops. So, we asked the manager if we could bring our dogs in with us to eat. He was so kind and let us order, bring in our dogs and kept the lobby open after normal hours for us to finish. Thank you to the staff!!

Visited yesterday for a quick lunch to go. The lady that helped me around 11:00 a.m. was super friendly and Burger King should hire more ladies like her. Also major props to the person in the back! Best chicken junior I ever had and the rodeo cheeseburger was great as well. This Burger King is due for a remodel and it desperately needs it. The bathroom shows its age. The rest of the Burger King actually looks pretty good. I really like how it is brick exterior and not the crummy materials they use on modern Burger Kings today. Hopefully when remodeled it’s still has some brick on it

We just got back from the drive through we ordered some kids meals wraps and jalapenos bites as well as sodas. The 7-up has the taste of what pine sol would taste like, the jalapeno bites are rubbery and hard and there was pickles on my daughter’s (who is autistic) burger which she has since thrown on the floor because of them. We tried to call just to give a heads up about the drink cause that can’t be good but no one answered. Thanks

Waited in the drive threw for 15 minutes and never was able to place an order. Lady inside kept asking for more time because the kitchen was backed up. There were 5 people inside and no one infront of us at the drive threw. The line was backing up and other cars were assuming we were taking our sweet time. Finally pulled away after 20 minutes of sitting

If zero was was possible that is what this place deserves. The signs in the drive thru are based in, they constantly forget cheese, and worst of all the big woman with freckles dies not wear her mask until you pull up to the pick up window. She’s also rude and can’t do math in spite of having a cash register to help. Example my bill was $16.24 I gave $20.25 cash and was handed dollar and 4 cents change. When I brought the mistake to her attention she yells at me “I know I have a register right here!” And she handed me $5.03 for a total of $6.06 in change… She is ripping off customers and the company alike. Avoid this place if you can.
