China City is my go too in the food court. They give a solid amount of food and the prices are good. I love the orange chicken the most but the other options are also good. I don’t ever rate places but seeing this place have less than 3 stars is kinda upsetting. Solid court food 5/5

RIP OFF!! Terrible experience, the male owner was pushy and aggressive. I asked for a moment to look over the items and he kept saying rice or noddle very rudely about 5 times. There was no other customers besides me. Ordered a 3 combo and only got 2 portions and a half. They’re rude, greedy, and treat Americans like livestock. GO TO THE TAIWAN JOINT ACROSS FROM THEM. You’ll be better served!

I’ve gotten food here a few times, but I’ll write about my most recent experience (with a photo attached). I got the Kung Pao chicken and General Tso’s chicken.

So the Combo Two is $9.69, and after tax it is $10.51 — so keep that in mind. What’s shown in the picture might seem good at first, although what I noticed is that they add a lot of rice and less of the actual other food. After getting through the chicken, I still had more than half the rice left. No problem as I could use the leftover rice for later. But it did make me realize the rice to food ratio was around 2:1.

I was pleasantly surprised by the kung pao chicken. It’s good for mall Chinese food. General Tso’s chicken tasted standard.

If you want Combo Three I think it’s $10.89 but at that point you are paying around $12. At that point, you might want to consider an actual Chinese restaurant.

The other mall food court place with similar dishes has the same prices.

Food is not bad except the white rice was undercooked. Ugh. Service is not great.

I highlyyyy recommend China City in the Pheasant Lane Mall for it’s excellent service and food. The atmosphere is the food court which is cool too.

The management/ownership is very friendly and will work with you. I only had 2.95 on Cashapp and it was supposed to be 3.24, but she still gave me three crab rangoons.

Closed at 8 tonight, but check ✔️ it out tomorrow or a week from now or whenever.

You get what you pay for. Chicken is a bit tough and overcooked. They fill the plate with rice and skimp on the entrees. Go to Sarku Japan next door.

Me and my sister were extremely hungry and decided on China City for lunch. They asked if we were eating in or taking out, and when we answered eating in, the girl picked up a small plate to serve us food. The plate wasn’t even half the size of the takeout container so it was disappointing. The ratio of noodles to entrees were also disappointing, we didn’t get a lot of chicken and mushroom even though we paid for both. Overall, the food was too salty and not up to par. Highly recommend going something else for lunch.

My mother was just there right now because my other favorite Chinese restaurant and the food court was closed down so I asked my mom to take a picture of what they had and some lady came right over to her that works there and said no photo take phone away my mother explained that she was trying to bring home dinner for me, but the lady said it’s so rude to my mother. They have to realize some people don’t understand Chinese food like others. I do seeing it and actually seeing a menu but my mother does not, and the lady was very, very rude to my mother , shame on them let’s see what they actually give me takeout order. Bring it to be continued at this point. I’ll never go there again. They don’t have my business.

As far as mall food court chinese food goes, this is one of the better ones by far. Their prices are fair, every time I’ve gone in person they’ve been decently clean from what I could see, the portions on the 3 entree can easily be enough for more than one meal, and they have always been super accommodating and kind.
