Worst service and terrible response by all ladies working there ! They are least bothered and giving looks as if you have no right to ask! I was telling them the bowl I took is tasting salty and there is literally salt in the bowl which you can see in the picture ! That’s my second bowl after I complained of extra salt which is way over the limits in the pico and the ladies response was “do you want a REFUND!”
I was asking them to look in to their stuff and make sure so that others wouldn’t suffer and they are so arrogant giving me an answer saying “there will be salt in everything you chose like guac, corn etc!” There was a guy who I asked to taste and he mentioned I was right, trashed the pico and asked me to get a new bowl if I like as there was fresh pico , so I got a second bowl which ended up the same now with a different ingredient/sides being salty this time it’s salt all over in the bowl ! It feels so bad when you try to help them check and they are this arrogant showing attitude blah blah kinda show off !
I finally had to take a refund because nothing was edible due to salt and my mouth and gut feel like I have eaten a tons of it!
I hope they will try to listen and care about customers, take feedback , provide better service!

I’ve been eating chipotle for 10 years now and I do love the staff that works here as well they are kind and pleasant. Very generous with portions which is a big plus. I do however wish the environment was kept cleaner since it is the only chipotle location that keeps their food very messy within its display of selections. The steak tasted very odd last time I purchased from here which was surprising since it’s never tasted weird to me before. Appreciate the customer care just wish it was kept cleaner, added an imagine below for an example.

This restaurant was so nasty! The garbage was overflowing in both trash cans, allll the tables were dirty, there was food all over the floor were you ordered, AND the workers were rude. My brother had to ask for utensils, it was just a bad experience .

I’ve been to this Chipotle location dozens of times. Yes, the Chipotle at 2805 N Scottsdale Road. I even achieved a streak of near 30 days of going here. Usually, I get a little lucky and don’t have too many issues, but my latest and final visit was the last straw. After waiting a good 10 minutes in line, the guy taking orders started to make my bowl. The rice scoops were decently sized, and the beans were appropriately portioned too, but I’m not joking when I say that he tried to pour the chicken pieces at the bottom of the barrel into my bowl and MISSED, dumping most of the remaining chicken onto the counter. He then had the audacity to try to argue I had received a full portion when there was literally only 3-4 tiny bits of chicken in the bowl. After I insisted I wanted an extra portion, which would likely have been only one standard portion for the price of two, I was told by three different workers I would have to wait 8 minutes for more chicken. As someone who works in the food industry and who doesn’t mind waiting in line for food, I calmly told them I would wait for the next batch. I proceeded to silently sit in the lobby for 15 minutes before getting verbally and physically harassed by other customers in the line. I walked out. Even for people who aren’t afraid of speaking up for themselves and asking for what they want in a fast-casual restaurant, this location does NOT offer a service worth paying for. I’ve seen other reviews that talked about how the restaurant was dirty with trash everywhere, but in my experiences it has been moderately clean. And I have interacted with a few really great individuals who work here and deserve recognition, but I cannot say this for any of the other workers. Please consider giving your money to people that actually care about you instead of a hollow, corporate entity like Chipotle. Clearly, the managers wouldn’t be so sorry if they never saw you again.

FOOD POISONING BEWARE
I ordered a carnitas burrito with white rice, pinto beans, lettuce, sour cream, and cheese. Shortly after eating, I began to feel a stomach ache. Within 45 minutes to an hour, I experienced nausea, and despite my stomach still hurting, I ended up vomiting the food.
The front-of-house food preparation area was in poor condition and clearly showed multiple health violations. The food holding area was unclean, and the grill appeared to have not been cleaned for several hours. People this place is NASTY. With over 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry as a worker, manager, and owner, I was shocked to see such a lack of cleanliness in a well-known establishment. It’s clear to me why I became ill. The Health Department will be shutting you down very soon. Doesn’t your company uphold any standards? Why would your management permit such conditions to persist? Stay away from Chipotle they are nothing but garbage.

No wonder the stock dropped over 20% this month. Their online pickup system is years behind. They no longer use shelves, and they can’t manage the coordination between online and in-store orders. I placed my order through the app, and it’s been 50 minutes. The craziest part? The store is almost empty. Headquarters seriously needs to implement a better system for handling online orders.

I usually come to this Chipotle twice a week, but today was a huge letdown. The white rice was completely undercooked and crunchy—not edible at all. When I asked for the bowls to be remade, I was told by the apprentice Salvador that they couldn’t remake or refund the order, and that the only solution was giving me a side of rice. That’s not how you handle quality control or customer service. Really disappointed with how this was handled, especially as a loyal customer. Do better, Chipotle. Not to mention the Eminem and curse words coming from the back of the house

I should start by saying chipotle is one of my love languages. I frequent them throughout the valley. However, this location is without a doubt the worst chipotle I have ever been to. It’s consistently awful. And I mean awful. Like the worst. Like in every way it will always disappoint. Their staff are humans, and with that comment I tend to be very nice and considerate to the shortcomings of fellow humans, but these employees could care less about anyone they are serving, at anytime of the day. I’ve never been to a chipotle that consistently is out of the staples of the chipotle experience. On this trip they were out of fajitas and corn. Then when we got chips it was like tiny shards of chips (see pics). It was like they threw them around and stomped on them before giving them out. Then the refreshment area is completely out of the teas and the ice machine was just dripping water. I hate this chipotle. With a passion. Corporate needs to reevaluate this place. It’s awful.

Horrible service. Had to wait for my order to be made after I ordered online. 1 hr wait to be made. And no urgency from team. They made food for people that walked in and orders after mine. Crew members didnt change gloves after handling trash. I had to tell them they need to wash their hands and put clean gloves on before making food. Team lead did not care. Never going back to this location.

Considering I eat at this establishment I’m very disappointed! My daughter came to pick up my pico my ho to meal. This is something I get often but on today the lady told her this was what she was paying for. This isn’t correct! My issue is that Pico comes in a bigger cup for the $2.30 it’s the principal of the matter. I called the store and was told that they system is down so I’m definitely leaving a review as I’m sick and tired of spending my money for poor service. I don’t care what you think it’s $2.00 today $200.00 tomorrow we work do your job please! Thank you! Whatever happened to good customer service again I say..
