They must have changed staff! Great news! I came out of desperation because I views never to come back and to my surprise I was greeted with FRIENDLY staff that was well kept and all smiles. What a major difference in the atmosphere too. The older gentleman at the register was so professional! The woman in the back directing people did it in such a kid manor as well. Kudos to this location! Now if others would follow suit!

Drive through was the worst experience ever. The girl couldn’t get the order correct, had me pull around to the window, I placed my order right there, received a tiny iced coffee, I ordered a large, received a tiny bacon cheese burger, I ordered the normal sized one, I asked for my recite, was told she didn’t print one she was out of paper. At least my 92 year old mother received the correct order.

Horrible experience starting with placing the order to the food. The manager had no reaction when I told him my baconator had mustard, pickles and onion on it.

Phone number doesn’t even work to call about the terrible service and ask about poor quality. Told No drinks or frosty available on a pre-order and waited over 35 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. They have a couple of girls who are super nice but the rest are just apathetic. KFC is better which isn’t saying much!

This Wendy’s is trash . Literally waiting 10 minutes for my food for it to be cold. I ordered a #6 Asiago Ranch Sandwich & it’s hard. It’s as if the meat was sitting under a warmer for forever & they were too lazy to make a new one. I literally live 5 minutes down the road. Staff is unprofessional & rude. Higher new people or shut this location down.

Generally, I am a fan of wendy’s. But I have to pound on this location for serving burgers with moldy buns. This is troubling that 2 burgers in my order had mold, see photos. It makes you wonder whether any quality control is being implemented since the line cook did not see it TWICE, what else is slipping through the cracks?

I do really like the Wendy’s Rewards Apps. Every time I order I would give them the codes and its accumulates points. Whenever you have enough points to used for free food or small drinks, fries, chili etc. Its really cool apps. Thats why im giving them 5 stars

I ordered a sausage and egg biscuit with no cheese. The first one I got was only egg and biscuit with no sausage. They proceeded to correct the error and the second one they gave me the biscuit was so dry and hard I could barely eat half of it. this used to be one of my favorite breakfast stops about a year ago, I don’t know what happened to the quality of food.
