I bit into my sausage burrito and it was very cold, almost as if it had been sitting in the fridge. It’s odd to me that they couldn’t just warm it up in the microwave. The food is also very overpriced as compared to just 3-4 years ago.

I just went through the drive through and one of the female employees (name withheld purposely), was standing there nodding off and obviously not paying attention. I called and talked to a manager (name also withheld purposely), who proceeded to tell me they’ve had issues with her doing that before so they can tell when she’s on something and today she isn’t, basically calling me a liar while in the same breath acknowledging the girl has a problem. I’m disgusted and definitely reaching out to corporate.

11/12/24: This is a first. My order was right. Order 2 cheeseburgers, but they smell wicked like the soapy water they must use to wash down all their equipment! I can’t eat them! I WONT EVEN LET MY DOG EAT THEM IN FEAR OF MAKING HIM SICK!!! I went thru drive thru, and I’m now 15 minutes away!!! THIS MCDONALD’S NEVER CEASES TO AMAZE ME IN THERE INCOMPETENTS!!! IF ITS NOT ONE THING, IT ANOTHER WITH THIS PLACE!!!

Complete rip off. My wife brought me a large fries from this location and got herself a medium one. This is what they put in the bag. It was upright all the time and no fries fell out into the bag. This is fraudulent.

Usually a couple minutes slower than other locations, but the food always tastes fresh and is never cold or soggy. Staff are always super polite and helpful, and the place is cleaner than most locations!

The reviews to this place seem like a lie. People said that the food is overcooked and cold. FALSE! Food warmed up my hands, tasted delicious. I have been driving for 3 hours and then found this McDonald’s. Perfect, Just Perfect.
