This place is TRASH! The manager and lil girl at the front desk had nasty attitudes, didn’t speak to customers at the front counter, ignored multiple customers and then when the lil girl DID speak, she had an attitude.
Customer service is clearly a foreign language to this place and it stems from the leadership or lack thereof.
We asked for help with the app. Mangers response:
“I don’t have the app. I don’t use the app. I don’t know nothing about the app.” As she was rolling her neck full of unwarranted attitude. We placed the order on the app and still ended up waiting almost 30 minutes! Ordered at 5:21, except food at 5:49. The food was there. Just the lil girl at front counter wasn’t doing anything except going to drive thru and walking back and forth, NO FOOD IN HER HANDS. And she kept talking about she didn’t know what sandwich was what….even though the sandwiches were marked which one of the men from the back showed her, exasperated might I add. And no they were not busy. Not a super busy drive through. Not a bunch of orders on the screen. And the lobby was empty except us and then a couple people that came in to pick up. Didn’t have a bunch of orders coming from the app (we can see the order come in cuz the rcpt prints at the front counter).
The little girl even said loudly that she don’t want to be at the front counter and she clearly doesn’t need to be. They don’t have name tags which makes sense because I’m sure this isn’t the only time their SERVICE was abhorrent.
I was told the manager’s name was Erica/Ericka.
The men working there were great and efficient. They were the ONLY ONES actually working
Burger King needs to enforce actual customer service and provide appropriate training and out leadership in place that exemplifies actual service and leadership, not just the ability to show up to work.

This is one of the nastiest places to eat in tallahassee. The restaurant is dirty and nasty and even the windows look nasty. I asked for no onions and of course they couldn’t even get that right. The workers standing around on their phones while working in a nasty restaurant. 0 out of 10 I do not recommend. You might catch something eating here

Came to the drive through today 10/24/25 at 10pm and got no response, decided to walk up and seen that the door was locked with two people inside. I thought they closed at 12? Wonder what management thinks about this?

The lobby was locked. The sign advertised iced coffee and when I ordered one I was told they didn’t sell iced coffee. I asked for regular coffee and was told that they don’t sell coffee. I said that they might want to change their sign and was told they can’t change the sign. Please make sense of this… smh

Wouldn’t recommend anyone coming here. They forget they run a corporate business. Cant just open whenever you want and tell people to delete their orders. Atleast put signs on your doors and drive thru. Manager is very unprofessional.

I went through the drive-thru for a drink.
I waited four minutes behind another vehicle, then another two minutes before I was asked for my order.
I placed my order at 2:48pm; I got my drink at 3:12.
This location used to be the best but I won’t be stopping there again.

While at this location the sense of urgency just wasn’t there then there was a new young lady in the front by herself a so called manager came and looked at her screen with orders on it then walked away saying he doesn’t want to do manager work. Another manager in the building watching me stand at the front counter while the young lady was busy running around then proceeded to go to the back of the store. This is the third location I’ve seen this lady manage at and it’s ran the same way it was at the other two locations this isn’t a good look.

It’s been a while since I have had a good experience with this Burger King. It was a crew member by the name Donald who gave me a pleasant surprise with great customer service and efficiency. Happy to see this Burger King is back!

Online it said they closed at midnight every night but when I pulled up at 10 minutes to 10:00pm they told me they close at 10:00 p.m.
