We were taken to Le Pacha by a local friend, Greek-Egyptian who is a VIP in Cairo. It is one of the best places for food in Cairo, with a plethora of international restaurants. It means that you can chose between different cuisines, all the restaurants have an amazing reputation. We ate at Carlos’, which has a cool lounge vibe, full of a younger but not too young croud, including many beautiful women, all smoking the sisha pipe. We had a chicken curry and the quail with rice, both very tasty, with the curry being exceptional. There are TV screens around the really big lounge, showing sport. You are on the Nile, so you get the views. You can’t have a bad time at any of Le Pacha 1901’s establishments, so if you want to mix with cool Cairo crowd, the pretty girls and the easy going guys go to Carlos’.

Piccolo mondo , you get in and find some italian decorations and names of people carved on the walls all around you , you get seated by helpful staff (but you need to have a reservation) , the menu has a wide selection of drinks and Italian cuisine dishes. I ordered seafood pasta and salmon fettuccine and both were very tasty , the best thing about this place is the view by the nile which makes the whole experience blends in together nicely.
If you want a break from the city lights this place is highly recommended .

Piccolo Mondo, nestled in the basement of Le Pasha boat, offers a cozy setting with pseudo “Italian specialties”. The ambiance is charming and the service is decent, making it a pleasant spot for a casual meal. The food itself is middle-of-the-road — nothing extraordinary but passable. The biggest letdown was the bread buns, which tasted like they were defrosted in the microwave and lacked freshness. Overall, it’s an acceptable choice if you’re not seeking culinary perfection but just a relaxed meal by the Nile.

Better make a reservation. It was a very pleasant experience with loads of Italian vibes. As if you are sitting inside an old pizzeria in Italy. The menu is varied and the quality of the food is worth the price. We enjoyed a selection of Italian salads, Salami pizza, and Penne Le Pacha. We were quite full and we had no room for dessert after this delicious load of carbs. You get to enjoy a very nice and close view of the Nile since it is located in the bottom floor of the boat. Fit for a date and a casual dining experience.

I came for dinner with my husband for our last night in Cairo. We had dinner at Carlo’s, it has such a variety of different dishes and the view on the Nile is breathtaking. The atmosphere is classy and elegant and we really appreciated the kindness and celerity of the service. We also ordered shisha which was an amazing quality and the coal was refilled constantly. I had a risotto ai funghi and a lentils soup and my husband had a beef fillet . Unfortunately i didn’t have the chance of trying the desserts which looked so tasty and will definitely try another time. I loved how Le Pacha offers different restaurant options to please all tastes.

It is one of the best places for Italian food in Egypt and its prices are cheap and the food is very sweet. The pepperoni pizza is dangerous and the sea food is terrible. The pasta is very nice. The menu is not large but it is very nice. In addition, the Great Nile is right next to you. It is on the Pasha boat, the floor below, so you are next to the water in a wonderful and most important atmosphere. Before you walk, get a pen and write a word on any wall in the place for a while

I was invited for dinner at La Pacha by our business associate that is quite regular. Place is very cosy and nice, it sits just by the Nile, good ambience and waiter very professional. Great food and tasty, combination of local and international cuisines. View to the Nile is lovely, with frequent tourist boat passing by close as another attraction. Highly recommend this place!

Different cuisines on the banks of the river nile. We went to Carlo’s. The food was good and the service was good . The only issue we had was that we requested a plate with no meat and it came with meat. The waiter replaced it for us with no problem. The view is amazing. As far as parking there are places to park but you’ll have to pay $50.

I have been a customer for more than 20 years. It used to be one of the best Japanese restaurants for me, it used to be. And I haven’t been there since 15 years ago, when I came back to Cairo after 15 years I went and I ate there. The restaurant still hasn’t changed one bit, same decor, even some of the employees are still there. Overall the ship is still the same, it’s very old now. And the food’s taste still similar to what it used to be but the quality has fallen down a bit, but it seems that they are still stuck in time. I used to have very beautiful memories in this restaurant.
