Genuinely dissatisfied went through the drive-through to order my food and they couldn’t even manage to get my order correct when I pull up to the window I’m getting nothing but nasty looks for asking for light ice in my drink. After watching three whole scoops of ice be put in my large drink at that point I would’ve ordered a small with no ice when I get home to actually eat my food. I realize that none of my food has been prepared correctly. You guys genuinely need to do better and I will be bumping this up to corporate.

The person at the front counter, David was very friendly and welcoming. He asked how I was and he seemed pretty nice. I order a double baconator combo and the burger was very warm and tasty. I liked the fries.

The girl at the drive-thru asked me what the drinks were, then gave me the wrong size cups. Then proceeded to tell me to pull forward to wait for my food. I asked her if I can’t have the right size drink can I have a refund? She was like well we can or I can give you the right size and I said that would be great. As I’m waiting, I can see the manager along with 2 other works handling all the food, fries tenders and burgers, all without wearing gloves. I watched them wipe their hands on their shirt and then handled the food again. That is very concerning as a customer because who knows if that shirt is clean or if your hands are clean or anything else.
Someone with some pride needs to run this place and not a bunch of lazy “adults”

Best chicken nuggets on fast food alley (West Reservoir Rd) Worst drinks you have ever tasted. They need a new drink machine or they need to train the employees to check the carbonation Also the most unfriendly people work here. I recommend driving through and thats still hit or miss

At first, I thought it was going to be a great experience. Service was quick. The food was hot. I get back on the highway and take one but if my sandwich and it was like rubber. I couldn’t even chew it. Sucks to pay $5.19 for a sandwich that you can’t eat.

The drive thru is slow and the lady had a attitude at the window because we wouldn’t pull forward until someone came behind us and had to wait for 10 minutes for fries that were barely warm and cold burger but the chicken sandwich was warm.

The lobby tables were gross & had trash on them, in the middle of taking my order the girl upfront walked away, the flys in the lobby were horrible. It’s understandable if they were busy, but there was no one in drive thru, in the parking lot and only one family in the lobby when we came in. Not very inviting for a return visit when everything is dirty.

I don’t know what it is, but Wendy’s employees seem to be exceptionally friendly no matter where you go. The food is the same, whether you’re in New York or Virginia, although, the prices are lower in Virginia. Even though fast food is not usually my first choice, when I do get it, Wendy’s is my go to.
