This location is absolutely horrible about ignoring dashers. We are delivering your order product to your customers. The evening crew seems more concerned with each other than the dashers. I try to decline orders from this store for this reason. Absolutely ridiculous

Rude management. Sierra needs to be reprimanded for her poor attitude and lack of management skills. I placed an order around 3:00pm on 11/8 for 2 chicken snack wraps with added bacon ($2.50 each, $ total). When I came home I noticed there was no bacon in my snack wraps. Not the end of the world, I’ll still eat them. But I am NOT paying $5 for nothing. So I call the store and speak to Sierra and explain the situation. She says “bring back the receipt and we can refund you.” I explain to her that I not driving back, that I placed the order on the McDonald App and I don’t have a receipt. She then says 2x “you don’t have a receipt?” to which I answer, I placed the order on the App! She then says “bring the food back in and we’ll make you new food” and I said, “I ate it, and I wouldn’t have wanted to drive back to have new food made anyways.” She mockingly laughs and says, “you ate them??” and I told her yes, that I don’t mind them not having bacon but I don’t want to pay for something I didn’t get. She then continues this scoffing laugh and says “uhh yeah, I can’t do anything if you ate the sandwiches.” I try to explain to her again that I just wanted a refund for the missing bacon they did not put on. Sierra suddenly puts me on mute/hold with no notice (as if she hung up on me) but I wait patiently and she comes back and says “yeah we’re not giving you a refund without the receipt or the food.” So clearly Sierra does not know how the App works and needs some education / training. She also needs to work on her listening skills, as I said multiple times that I did eat the sandwich, I am not driving back, and I would like a refund for the missing bacon ONLY. What is so hard to understand here? Such poor attitude and customer service skills.

Drive through clerk spoke well and clearly. Made ordering easy and quick. But the chocolate shake I ordered did not taste good. Barely tasted like chocolate and more like coffee.

I don’t know why half of the time they don’t open at 6AM like they advertise their hours. If they’re ALWAYS having trouble not being able to open at 6AM then open up at 7AM everyday instead. I’ve had this happen multiple times. I’ll say this again, multiple times. I guess it’s also my fault for thinking that they’ll change because I keep going and hoping it’ll change. The McDonald’s on Old Seward has never had this problem. Idk if it’s cause they’re on a different system or because the McDonald’s on Jewel Lake
really don’t have the workers. I bet if Taco Bell across the street opened up at 6AM, McDonald’s would always be open at 6AM too

7-31 7pm ordered a quarter pounder meal and double cheeseburger, got home and bit into the burger…it was raw!!! took it back asked for a refund, after wasting 20 minutes of my time I finally got a refund. requested they pull the line or check the meat, the assistant manager refused and kept serving people, requested the store manager contact me and they did not. not only do they always mess up the orders and food is extra slimy but this is the last straw, you all should be ashamed and I hope not only me but no one gets sick. do the right thing.

Did curbside order. Waited over 15 minutes. Walk in and drive thru customers arriving AFTER me received their food before me. Really?? And my burger looked like someone threw it at the wall before tossing it into the bag. I haven’tbeen here in quite a while, now I know why. I am NOT “lovin it” at all.

Every single time – Wrong order like everything wrong – manager has sooo much rudeness as customer service on 8/2 at 8:30pm I asked multiple times for (to-ma-to) tomato. This is what she wasted extra extra mayo in photo….im ALLERGIC TO DAIRY …. while giving such feisty attitude.
