I ordered my food double meat Burger smasher, with a chocolate shake medium and onion rings they bought my food out 4 onion rings, for $3.99 my shake with a lot of cool whip on the top I told him I didn’t want the Cool whip instead of them taking a Cool whip off,or making another one,they took to back in there, and mixed the Cool whip in with my shake which made it taste like Cool whip so I asked them,for my money back ,which of the guy of confusedto I have problems getting my orders straight these guys were so confused , forgot to have one guy making all the all the runs, I finally got my order but by that time my food was cold and it wasn’t made correctly my husband and I both were very disappointed with this location performance ,food ,and the atmosphere . The burgers were nasty compared to the one in Lamarque Texas where we order the same Burger often. Waste of money. We ended up going to Kentucky fried Chicken.

The family wanted blasts instead of blizzards. Go to the drive thru, I’m the only one there. Ordered 4 blasts totaling $26. Toppings only sprinkled on top, not mixed in. Whole family was disappointed. I’m pretty sure the toppings are supposed to be mixed in. Either this is Sonic policy, or to reduce expense of toppings, or just laziness. Think I’m going to DQ next time for frozen treats.

Last night 01/17 , my fiance and I were feeling sonic so we went , he speaks really softly to order and the older guy on the mic didnt yell for him to speak up instead he came out WHILE it was cold and took our order and was super nice , then the other guy who came out and brought us our food was really nice and seemed happy , best sonic I’ve ever been to those men deserve a raise or something cause I’ve never been to a sonic where they that nice to you.

So I went here because everyone talks about the dill items and I wanted to get in on that I love dill. I had a hard time at the speaker so I couldn’t hear Tommy tell me about the dill tots after I asked for something pickle. He asked me if I wanted to try the dill tots at the window and he made them fresh for me. He sold me on the pickle ranch. He was such a good sales guy very friendly super great customer service. I recommend the sonic and I recommend Tommy as someone to brighten up your day when you go to that sonic! He even asked me to tell him what I think and so I tried one then and there and told him how delicious they were and what a great customer service person he was!!

Waited an extended period of time + 10 minutes. None else there. I get 10 tater tots smothered in enough cheese for 2 regular large grape tots and cheese. The cheese sticks taste like they were unfrozen a while before fried or old. Piss poor …. straight terrible

We’ve been in line for 30 minutes. There were only two cars in front of us. Almost every sonic I’ve ever been to sucks, but this one takes the cake. I would never come here but my wife insists. This is my way of coping lol. We just pulled up and they had to have her repeat the order at the window because they didn’t put it in the first time. Here’s to another 30 minutes! DONT COME HERE LOL

We ordered 2 footlong coney dogs and there was almost no coney sauce on either of them. The order of cheese sticks tasted like they’d been sitting for way too long and my onion rings looked like they’d been stepped on before they gave them to me. Very disappointing to say the least. This place has gone downhill.

A good old fashioned Powerade slush and then a chocolate trick or treat Sonic blast #SUGAR!!!!
They were definitely slammed when I got there but they made up for it by making the trick or treat blast even though they aren’t supposed to have it on the menu anymore. There were only two people working and they asked for some patience! Additionally they were extremely nice and friendly. I will go back to this Dickinson TX location over the La Marque location any day 🙂

Always good customer service, Zach is always very friendly and always asks about my day. Everyone else has been good also. They cook the pretzels perfect! That’s all I ever get.
