Very good and low key sushi spot. Very easy to miss it since from outside its not too noticeable – had been to this strip mall many times and not seen it. Will go back

Staff was really positive and kind. The edamame was delicious but the sushi left a lil to be desired. There was a hair in my food which threw me off but overall pretty good. Lunch time special was dope.

Definitely, it’s a go. I started with 3 orders of Nigiri (chef’s choice) which were very basic – salmon, albacore and shrimp, at two pcs/order, but good. I asked for 3 more Chef’s choice and got spicy scallops, tomago egg and one other, and this time the choices were a bit more daring. I ended up with this Super Redlands Roll which was almost too big for my mouth. Luckily, it fit. The owner will come over and engage, she’s very concerned that you’re happy. She also said they don’t use Mayo at all (rice?) All excellent, prices are reasonable and the place got busy. Spotless interior. First time here, I’ll be back. Nice job, SS!

I have always seen this place in passing. Decided to stop in and check it out. I walked in and sadly they are not doing inside dining. They’ve closed inside dining since the beginning of the pandemic. I was told they will be opening dining in very soon. I love to sit and eat and experience the environment. I decided, ok Let’s not let this stop me from trying some great food. As I looked over the menu they only had 1 roll that was riceless. It’s called crispy sushi burrito. Its crab, spicy crab and jalapeno wrapped in a flour tortilla and deep fried. I’ve only tasted a deep fried roll once, and I didn’t like it. So there wasnt any other rolls I was intrested in trying. I’m a bit disappointed they didn’t have much of a variety of riceless rolls. I loved the environment. It was clean, with low dimed lighting, light music in the back with a full stocked cooler with varieties of adult beverages. I ended up ordering the spicy garlic edemanme. It took less than 8 mins for my “to go order” to be ready. It was less than 7 bucks for this appetizer. Not the cheapest appetizer I’ve ordered. I got to my car to try it my spicy garlic edemanme… Not very good at all. Not enough heat, couldnt taste the garlic. I don’t like writing reviews like this but I’m not planning on coming back here even if the dining opens back up. They have a deal that I don’t see at many sushi spots, all of there rolls are 50% off everyday! So if you like rolls with rice this might be a place to swing in and try. It’s not that it’s a horrible place, it just doesnt accommodate my particular needs.

This hidden little gem is certainly to die for. The place is clean, relaxing and charming. The staff are very sweet, kind, welcoming and genuinely helpful. We had a seat at the bar so we were able to watch the sushi chefs make everything. The sushi is fresh, delicious, and reasonable prices. Unfortunately we got there a little too late for the “all you can eat” but half the menu was 50% off! So that definitely was great. The sushi chef was fast, efficient, friendly and funny. I will be visiting them again soon to add them on my “Hidden Gem tour of Inland Empire” blog

Incredible sushi and sashimi! Very high quality fish, and a great fish-to-rice ratio in the rolls. Nice atmosphere too (don’t let the outside of the restaurant fool you)

The food here is always great super tasty the staff is courteous polite and funny. We have been here multiple times and have never had a bad experience. All the roles that we have tried have been delicious! Their prices are a little on the high side but ultimately they are worth it.
