I ordered through DoorDash and I received two burnt pretzels only one cheese sauce, and then my Dasher also said that the store tried handing her just the food itself, not in a bag to prevent the DoorDash from touching it. She had to tell the store hey this comes with a temp bag. I’m DoorDash. I worked at Sonic not that long ago and this is honestly unacceptable and should’ve never happened The only reason I ordered from university on DoorDash is because it wouldn’t let me change it to railroad next time. I’ll just find a ride and go up to railroad. They’ll at least get it right! And I just checked the rest of my food and my tater tots are missing the jalapeños I paid for and the onions. And it’s like they ran out of medium holders for the tater tots and just put it in a large, but it makes it look like the Dasher touch my food

Excellent service. Brayden in particular was great! He came and checked on us a couple times to see if we needed anything even though he didn’t have to. Sonic has significantly improved in recent years! Not sure what changes they made but it’s working whatever they did! I’ll definitely be returning to this location.

Went here to get the Smitty Slushy on March 1 after the parade celebration . This Sonic is very friendly , we live in Hammond & used to frequent the Wardline location – didn’t work out so we stopped going & now the Smitty Slushy has stolen my thirst & looks like I’ll be traveling to Sonic in Amite . It was so so good !

Stopped her for breakfast the waitress asked me how can I help you. I started to order and she screamed very rudely “We don’t open until 10”. Like I knew that. That would have been better said as the first thing instead of asking how can I help. YIKES! I almost never complain about anything. This truly caught me off guard because it was to early for the BS. The Sonics in tangipahoa parish work as a separate entity. They don’t open for breakfast. The order is always messed up. Last…they close at or before 10 on the weekends. A bit early for a fast food restaurant. Even earlier than some full service restaurants

Sometimes you just don’t want breakfast in the morning. Today was one of those days. One reason I love Sonic is because you can get a burger in the morning if you want it. I got the number 5 meal. Service was prompt and friendly. The meal was delivered hot and delicious. Perfect for those on the go times. They even have Wag cups for your furry friend!
