The food here is pretty good. Everything was made fresh to order, and tasted great. I loved the garlic aioli and seasoning on the chicken club sandwich. Bacon also seemed to be freshly cooked. It can be a bit on the pricier end, but nothing crazy compared to other restaurants in the area. All the portions with the exception of the mac&cheese were great. The restaurant itself is very clean and has a cute aesthetic. The staff were also very kind and friendly.

So disappointed in the size of my chicken tenders. I went there for lunch and it was great. But the size of these tenders is so small, it’s worth writing a review about. Just check your box before leaving I guess.

I ordered the 3 pc tenders. They were less than 3 inches long and very slim. Not much chicken. For the price they should have bigger pieces of chicken. The taste was fair. They were in a basket that had so many fires I almost didn’t see the tenders. It’s good if you like a lot of fries. The service was excellent. The table wasn’t very clean. I cleaned it better before I sat down.

This is a great new fried chicken place in town.
We came on opening day and they were packed. They still seemed to have it mostly together, though, and were taking orders and getting food out in a reasonable time. We ordered all of their sandwiches and wraps, along with some tenders and a ton of sauce.
The food here is really good and the prices are reasonable. All of the items center around fried chicken, as you would expect. The real differentiator here is the sauces they have. We tried most of the unique ones and found that the Korean BBQ, Garlic Parmesan, and Slim Sauce are our favorites.
The only ding was that they forgot an entire sandwich on our order. I’m sure it was chaos that day, so I’m sure they’ll get better as things settle down.

Employee standing right outside the door by the drive through smoking a cigarette, all of it goes into my car as I’m ordering. He walks right in and starts helping get drinks and food without washing his hands. (You can see through the window sitting at the drive through he walked right in) Shirt is filthy and looks like he has never washed it. Proper sanitary and hygiene needs to be addressed with this location.

Tried Slim’s meal, Chick’s meal, Oreo Cheesecake and brownie. The quantity is really good with french fries and bread. The chicken tenders in the slim’s meal tasted better . The slim sauce was really good. They provided the brownie free for filling up a survey.

Slim Chickens was a wonderful experience for my family! They have the best Chicks Meals! My favorite sauce so far is the Cayenne Ranch! The chicken was cooked fresh the fries were hot, salty, and crispy the perfect combo! But lastly, was the outstanding customer service!! It was an experience packed full of Southern Hospitality! Will definitely be visiting there much more! ❤️

Was not very impressed by the food. Chicken and waffles had very little syrup on it, and it was just very dry. Chicken was moist and had good, crispy breading. Not mind-boggling. Fries were the best part. They had good seasoning. Wanna try their jar shakes, but don’t know when I’ll be back. Good alternative to Chick-fil-A on a Sunday. I will say that the service was extremely friendly and quick despite how insanely busy it was. Good hiring.
