Why everytime I come through the drive thru the food is always cold and the drinks are never filled up all the way. Like I get home and the nuggets are cold, stale, and chewy. The burgers are cold and taste like they’ve been sitting out for the last 2 hours. It’s bad enough eating at McDonald’s but it’s even worse when the food is disgusting

This time, I got a breakfast burrito. Needless to say, it was amazing apart from one minor flaw that I will talk about later. The sauce was the perfect mix of spice, and flavor. I had just enough to spread evenly on my burrito. The little vegetables add even more flavor. The one flaw of this burrito was adding too much cheese. There was cheese leaking out of the burrito before I even bit into it. The atmosphere was just like a regular McDonald’s, but a little bit busier. Overall, the atmosphere was mediocre. Service was like usual, super fast and efficient. Overall, I rate my visit as a 4 out of 5 stars.

Why is this the only McDonald’s that DONT give you sauces. Everytime I go through the drive thru. I always have to come inside to get BBQ sauces. PUT TGE DAMNNN SAUCES IN THE BAG. Its literally getting ridiculous

This is a very clean McDonald’s. It is very new and modern. You can order at the kiosk instead of going to the counter. Everything that we ordered came out hot and fresh and correct. They had a great deal too hot and spicy chicken sandwiches for three dollars which are my daughter’s favorites. My husband also left a big Mac.

I chose to walk in and as soon as I walked in, It didn’t feel the same. It probably didn’t help that I forgot how to order as it has been so long but they put up with me. Easiest hit-and-run food before heading south on 65 ️

The price went up almost 2 dollars on my egg McMuffin but the service stayed the same I got my sandwich half wrapped and the bun and the egg were in two different spaces in the bag and no paper towel to pic it all up with! 12 -12 -25 !

Honestly extremely infuriating experience but don’t know what more to expect from McDonald’s.
For starters maybe ice in my pop. I got handed two pops that looked like they had a sip taken out of each. Which I understand that ice makes the liquid volume go up so it’s hard to argue that one except you see a full pop right next to it for someone else’s order.
Then right behind it a full lemonade with ice.
I ask the kid if I can have some ice and he said “Oh you want ice” I said yeah why didn’t you put it in the cup “Oh I have to get it from the back” And hands me a cup with his hands covered over the top with no lid.
Glad to see he’s found his perfect career at Lowell McDonald’s.

Food order was accurate & tasty. Girl who took our order was super nice & accommodating. Dining room was very dirty. We came in the morning around 930a and almost every table had crumbs & grime. Appears dining room was never wiped/swept/mopped from the night before as there was lettuce and French fries strewn about.

I was waiting for my food and and I had some other friends with and they did not let her even order it was vary rude and they were not even that Busy I would get if it was but I was not and when we were waiting for our food and I had change for the cancer jar and she ask me is I was stealing like do you not want my to donate I am trying to be a nice person and it took a while to our food it was just real bad Service.
