**If you’re seeking karaoke, this might not be the best place**.
They only offer karaoke from 8 pm to 10 pm, and after that, they have a DJ, which wasn’t what we were expecting based on the advertising. We arrived a little after 10.
There’s a $10 cover charge, but unfortunately, if you decide it’s not for you after entering, there are no refunds, as confirmed by the staff after we paid, even though we asked for a refund after 10 seconds of the charge… We arrived before midnight looking for karaoke, but the vibe wasn’t quite what we expected.
Outside, the area felt a bit uncomfortable, with people lingering around, and the security collecting the cover at the door. Inside, the main room was almost empty with a stage, and the separate room had just a few people dancing. Overall, the experience wasn’t what we hoped for, especially after seeing karaoke advertised.

Place is nice but security is always on edge. I had 2 drinks one night.enjoyed the dancing and whatnot and security decides to kick me out. FOR 2 DRINKS IN AND JUST ENJOYING MY DAY OFF. I’d rather have the police department stay inside the building than those idiots that keeps the place in order. The old guy kicked me out for the two drinks AND ASSUMED I HAD TOO MUCH TO DRINK! you know who are. Count your days. Terrible night terrible spot NEVER GO HERE go to Troy’s at least they can offer some sort of respect and fun atmosphere to the place Instead of being watched like a damn hawk all day Just because you “ Assume” We can’t handle our liquor P.S Anything above a beatbox drink Is 100% overpriced just buy a corona

WB’s is a fairly new business, and a fun place to go. It’s a great place for a private party. There are two ‘sides’ -one in front, is a restaurant. Towards the back, is a bar. There is a dance floor, complete with Disco ball, and an excellent Karaoke system. I was there on a Thursday, and the karaoke was free. Happy hour 4-6, great food, both sides. Kauai people haven’t discovered this gem yet. Service is fast, friendly and efficient. I give them five stars all around!

they ripped me off !! ,, i paid for two drinks with a $100 bill ,, and got ZERO change HIGHLY DO NNOOOOOT RECOMMEND,, be careful when coming here ,, might be nice service and all but if they see you having too much fun theyll rip you off,, they will make your wallet dry on drinks that dont cost so much ! they take out how ever much they want just for a drink ,,

If I could I would give this place a negative 10, the owner Wilma has horrible customer service. I went there for my sisters birthday and she tried to over charge me for my drinks and worst of all it took almost all night to get my drink, she didnt even want to hear my complaint the other server had to go and ask her to refund me. She always has the worst attitude too when you come in. She’s horrible. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
