I always get great service every time I stop. And their groovy fries are great! However, it’s like playing Russian roulette when I order my go to Jr double cheeseburger from the kids menu. This last time (today), you could tell the burger was NOT fresh. Because when it arrived it was still cold and the cheese was just slapped on it. The cook didn’t even bother to heat it up or melt the cheese. Very disappointing.

Went through drive through. Ordered two drinks. They only rang up and provided one. They acted as if it were our fault the order was wrong. We paid for a 2nd drink. The cashier was friendly as we left.

This is the most unappetizing burger I’ve ever seen. Not only did the burger look/taste disgusting, but we also ordered mozzarella cheese sticks, which were given to us with no ranch or marinara sauce. This specific sonic is one of the only Sonic’s I know of that makes you ask for ranch and marinara if you want it with your food. Most at least provide one of each without request. Absolutely ridiculous.

Went through the drive thru. Girl was too quiet and didn’t enunciate her words over the speaker. Order was good except no lettuce on the burger. We said no tomatoes. Milkshakes etc. Were great!

In the past, we really have had issues with this Sonic getting orders right, drink orders, etc., but today they were on point! A little bit of a wait, but my food came out hot and really good. Everything was there and I wasn’t missing anything. And my chicken sandwich was the BOMB! We’ll definitely be suing this location in the future!

Very poor service, got our order of sweet tea wrong. Then took 20 minutes to bring out the right order of two sweet teas and did not really even offer a good excuse or apology.

Ordered small mozzarella sticks and small tater tots. Waited 20 minutes, received cheese tater tots? I told the person at the window that this was not what I ordered. They said, “This is all that I have.”

Didn’t get order right, put cheese on burgers. Steak sandwich meat done but cool to touch. Need to put more mayo on sandwich only had one small spot in middle of bun. Onion rings tough. Service was excellent and so were the staff.
