Came here a couples days ago and a little disappointed. I ordered the magnet solo meal and the rice portion to the meat was excessive!!! The pork was deep fried nicely, but the vinegar dipping sauce was watered down and didn’t help. The amount of meat verses the price didn’t equate to what it was 3-6 months ago.

Food was delicious, but not very hot. I ordered the Pinakbek Ilocano. The food must have been out for a while as the eggplant and other vegetables were no longer crispy. Also ordered lumpia, and they were not crispy. Not what I’d expect from a restaurant with “crispy” in the name. Dirty tables, full trash bins and greasy floor. The service was friendly, but slow.

I ordered the bulaklak sometime ago. It was very greasy and prepared poorly. It smelled like the fecal matter in the intestine was not completely removed. My mother used to cook this. I know what it takes to clean it and remove the smell. Whoever prepared it must have thought the frying will get rid of the smell. It didn’t. Never went back again.

Good food subpar service ♂️
When I first arrived, I was greeted by a cashier who was very short-tempered and impatient. She seemed annoyed that I was there and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. My friends who are visiting felt rushed and did not get a chance to choose their orders properly.
The food itself was good, but the service was so bad that it ruined the entire experience. I would not recommend Crispy Town Seafood City to anyone who is looking for friendly and welcoming service.

Tried to order almost $200 worth of Lumpia and same for skewered chicken and pork for an Asian/Pacific Islander event in the restaurant in Seafood it market. They were NOT flexible. In fact, the lady was rude and unapologetic with the pick up time. They wouldn’t let us taste the Lumpia either. We traveled over a half hour to order it. We were, however able to get great customer service and our order filled at Crispy Town. They let us taste before ordering. Yummy!Ordered Lumpia and Lechon and they were totally flexible on the pick up time.

This quick little restaurant definitely has a great variety of crispy Filipino foods, from chicken skin to fish. Sometimes the food can be left out a little long, as expected from “turo turo” restaurants like these where you point out pre-cooked foods that you want. The place isn’t the cleanest, and I saw a cockroach. Service is okay. I got a bit sick from eating their calamari, which I must admit is rather tasty. They do have some yummy selections.

We ordered chicken skin and it was crispy, BUT came with a lot of FEATHERS You might as well fry the chicken alive Slow service too and if something isn’t available, they give a snarky look while letting us know it’ll be an hour wait.

This was a rather unpleasant rollercoaster..
I saw whay looked like pork belly strips labeled “Pork Chop”, and I saw that it would cost $6 for one “pork chop” on the menu, so I ordered that. The server started getting me something completely different so I pointed out the one I wanted, and he says “Oh okay, that one comes with rice and I’ll give you two.” That made me happy for a moment. He chopped it up, put it in a bowl with rice, then he rang me up for $16.. I asked for one and menu price was $6 for one, so that’s what I was hoping to pay. I let him know, and he very kindly reduced the price to just about $5 for me. Now I was really happy, it was great service with a hiccup just caused by a misplaced label. Then I left to actually eat the food… and it was just inedible… The meat was not crispy at all, and legitimately tasted legitimately like nothing.. I couldn’t even break it down by chewing it. It was the only food I’ve ever ordered and had to spit out on the first bite. Now I feel scammed even only paying 5 bucks for it… I wouldn’t even feed it to a bird. It went straight to the garbage.
The skin of the pork belly was rough and had no bite to it, just rubber. The meat was room temp and felt like it had been sitting all day left in that mis-labeled bucket.. I genuinely believe microwaving a raw unseasoned pork belly would produce a better result than what I was served. If I paid the full $16 for that, I don’t know what I’d do…

I was about to order food when I saw a large rat run under the shelves. I also noticed rat droppings on top of the vent, which clearly hadn’t been cleaned. I have nothing against their food, but hygiene is essential.
