I would give 5 starts because Darnell and Edwards service was outstanding, today Tuesday 1/13/25 around 6.05pm.
I had placed an order online inside the store to take advantage of the double protein special but as the customer I REQUESTED to have them serve it in front of me. They were kind enough to accept my request as “THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT”
But after that, the 3 girl “managers”, including the girl cashier’s at that time started making a big deal about it and saying I would have to pay extra. In front of other customers they kept harassing me about the situation.
If I was the owner, I would make DARNELL & EDWARD the managers. Much more professional and caring. Us girls can be too hormonal and don’t know how to interact with others. Really disappointed about the girls service, one good thing was Darnell’s and Edward’s service. They listened to my request and made me feel as comfortable as possible.
Please reconsider whom you have as your managers.

The staff are actually amazing but the management must be terrible. They seem short staffed and are always temporarily closed. We used to go daily (I know don’t judge) but every time I’ve gone for the last two weeks they’ve been temporarily closed at 4:30! It’s rather unreliable which is terrible. On other days when it is open the soda machine might be out of order or they’re out of something. I wish they could get it together as the location is great and the employees that work the front are really kind and friendly.

Where do I even begin?? First, I arrive to a male using a thermostat on ALL the meat and cheese and then hits the guacamole. Do they not train on cross contamination and allergens especially to dairy?
Then, they were low on white rice, I asked if there was more. He said no. The lady behind me asked for white rice and he went to the other corner to get it for her!!! Wow is all I have to say.
And to top it all off, the dude at the register put my food on an angles the bag became soggy and when I arrived home my entire dinner out the bag on the floor. What luck. I will never return.

I went during the recent December Bogo deal (buy a burrito, get a free entree) as a family of 4. I didn’t see any signs in the store advertising so when I got up to the counter I asked if they were doing the deal and the employee said yes. I then said the 2 adults would order the burritos and the 2 kids would get the bowls and asked if that qualifies, the employee said yes. When we got to the register all the items were rung up, I asked about the bogo deal and was told it didn’t qualify since we got kids meals. I said we didn’t get kids meals. Then I was told that since the kids only asked for rice, meat and cheese in their bowls it wasn’t enough items to be considered an entree and was considered a kids meal. I pointed out that I had asked before I ordered if this qualifies and was told yes. The manager then came over and reiterated that they considered a bowl with only three items a kids meal and not an entree. Overall the food isn’t amazing but it’s not bad so I gave it 3 stars. If I could give the customer service, particularly for the manager, zero stars then I would have.

Have tried this location numerous times over past couple of years. On ZERO occasions has it had fountain drinks, ice or even water. Each time the clerk says the machine is broken “but they’re fixing it. It’s a Saturday afternoon, the front doors are locked and no sign, so I take the side door. There’s no one on the line so I go up. I waited there for 10 minutes and no one even looked at me (there were about 5 workers). A few minutes later another guy and his son comes in. Then they tell me and those people that they are only doing online orders. I asked them why they didn’t tell me because I was there for a while? Felt like a ghost. Never coming back. Every time I come here it’s always an issue. I hope they close this place down and open up a cava or sweetgreens or something!!

Place is always dirty. Staff always has an attitude. Corporate needs to invest better in the employees they hire.
Last few times I’ve gone in they were only accepting “mobile orders”. They blamed it on the lack of support. However, no customers were in store? How does that make sense.
I go to this location strictly for the convenience as it’s 5 mins driving.

I ordered online for pickup. They forgot my queso and honey chipotle vinaigrette, my food was cold, and my quesadilla literally had no cheese in one half and the other half had around a tbsp worth of cheese. Worst of all, the manager on duty, Maddie, was more defensive instead of apologetic and solution oriented. No wonder the rest of the staff is rude and makes a lot of mistakes. Their team leader needs to do better.
PS: We order chipotle a lot at the company I work for and they mess up the order more than 50% of the time.

Of all the Chipotles that I have visited, my experience at this location has been the worst. They don’t operate well. For example they skimp on proteins when they are running low rather than have a fresh batch ready to go like I have seen at other locations. I’ve also been told to order kids quesadillas online despite being an in store item.

I’m not usually a fan of chipotle because I’ve had bad experiences in the past. The staff here is so efficient. The food was delicious. The restaurant is clean, nice quick meal.
