Our visit to Boston Pizza was amazing from beginning to end. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere. The food was so tasty and came out exactly as ordered—hot, fresh, and full of flavor. We really enjoyed every bite. The service was excellent as well. We were checked on at the right times, and everything we needed was taken care of quickly and kindly. Overall, such a pleasant dining experience.

It’s great as far as a BP’s goes! My family and I stop here once or twice a year when we’re driving through.
If we need anything or somethings missed, we don’t hesitate to ask and they’re always helpful. Perfect choices for kids.

We ordered our food online as we were staying at a local hotel 10 minutes away.
When I picked up the food is was just warm (not hot). I had arrived at the restaurant well before the food was completed.
The biggest problem is that even though I ordered Utensils as part of the order, there were none supplied.
No utensils. No napkins. Simple things, but required.

I was very disapointed with my experience at the Bridgewater BP this eve. Service was good but it was so cold I had to eat with my winter coat on and my food got cold very quickly. The server said they were having problems with their heat … they should have had a sign up letting people know. Not I nice dining experience! Payed over $60 for 2 cold meals. Food would have been good if it weren’t cold. They had a tiny heater on the floor in the dining room which did nothing.

My wife and I love this place and will make it a weekly visit. Great specials and lots of choices to pick from. Two sides to choose from quiet dining or sports bar side. Alex did a great job food delivery was timely and great quality.

I came in on a late night since it was the only resto that was open late and I didn’t want drive-thru food. My server (Steve?) was a great host up until I got my bill and paid, after which it seemed like he didn’t care for me afterwards and went over to another table to chat with them.
BP here is just like BP anywhere else in Canada. Mediocre pub fare at upscale prices. I had the chipotle chicken cesar wrap with fries on the side. Credit to my server for offering my balsamic vinegar with my fries. Those were actually good.

Can never go wrong getting a pizza here. Service is awesome, and atmosphere is great. If you want to sit down at the bar or at a booth; you can still see the TV’s for the latest sport events. If you’re in the military there is a discount. The price is decent, and I would say on average with local pizza restaurants. The food arrive quickly and hot.
