Food is good as usual… but the kids play area is the biggest letdown in my entire life. For a store this size you’d expect a larger kids play area. If your kids want to come here for the play area go to a different Chick-fil-A

My wife n I went to chic-fil-A tonight on rt.1 the food was the worst I have never had such bad quality n and portion of chicken .it was so flat a piece of tastelesschickrn i thought I had gone to McDonald’s I ask my wife to see her sandwich and it was the same.down sized n tasteless. Im no longer going to any fast food establishment after this never thought chic-fil -A would lower there standers to such garbage. We eating at home from here on out

I have not been to Chck-fil-A in quite a number of years but I do remember liking the food quite a bit. Tonight’s meal did not live up to my expectations / memories. Both my husband and I enjoyed the chicken sandwich, as always. The rest of our meals were disappointing. The waffle fries that were on top were good. Most of what we received was tiny pieces of broken fries, though. The soda ( root beer) was pretty much non carbonated and tasted watered down. Will I go back? I think I will give it another try someday and hope that tonight’s meal flops will not be repeated,

My new favorite Chick-fil-A in town. Food is hot & fresh. The team was super helpful and friendly. They took my order and quickly delivered it to me in the waiting area. Fresh flowers on the tables & a clean dining room. Couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend!

Tried the new Chick-fil-A for the first time & had a great experience. The mobile thru lane was super easy and quick. Placed my order on the app, checked in, and order was ready when I got to the window. The team was friendly and attentive. I, also, love that you can earn points for free items in the app. Great experience!

I must say this place houses the most inept employees i have ever come across in a chik fil a. We came here multiple times and every time there are kids standing around. They need retraining. The tables are not wiped, then move and do it. I have undercooked chicken and pea covered fries that are SOO bland. Ridding the peanut oil was a mistake, yes I know about allergies, but I can’t tolerate this particular place. All others I’ve been to across the country follow the protocols. This one on rte 1 Langhorne Pa leaves a lot to be desired.

I’m normally a big fan of Chick-fil-A and I love their cheese sauce. This experience was bad The crispy chicken sandwich was so salty that it was pretty much inedible. It tasted as if someone had fried that piece of chicken in salt. The cheese sauce was not the right consistency it was much more liquidy than normal and it just tasted off – slight chemical taste. On top of that we ordered a half unsweetened iced tea half lemonade and it tasted awful it really tasted like it had artificial sugar and it was disgustingly sweet even with the unsweetened iced tea. This was unlike any other Chick-fil-A experience I’ve had and I was extremely disappointed and very surprised.

Amazingly fast and friendly service! I coach a sports team, we had just finished playing at Cairn and needed to eat before we headed home. I didn’t get a chance to pre-order and pick up. We had 15 athletes and 3 coaches, we walked in and they served us all in 10-15 minutes. The food was hot, delicious and served quickly. Definitely will be back if I’m in the area again.

It’s Friday, And it’s 37° outside and it’s nice girl and this gentleman Brandon who helped me was amazing ears were ice cold fingers were red no attitude no nothing. They definitely deserve a raise and shame on you guys for having them outside in 37° weather anyway.

Well, they gave us breaded nuggets for my child with Ciliacs, but they replaced it right away, so it worked out well enough. Food was great!
