This store has problems. For a long time we have experienced frequent errors with orders, to the extent that we try to avoid going to this particular location. However, since it is the closest location to our home, we do go there. But today was the last straw.
We ordered a full Tuna sandwich without tomatoes and adding onions. We got a half Tuna sandwich with tomatoes and onions. We also did not get two bags of chips (we had two sandwiches in the order). I decided to return to the store to address the problem and then an even worse problem started.
I entered the store with the bag containing the delivered order and said to the gentleman checking orders (who was not there when I picked up the order initially), “Please look at the order slip and then check the inventory in the bag.” At this point he said to me that I was being confrontational and he was tired of dealing with people like me. I tried to explain that we had many problems with orders at this location, but he kept saying I was being rude. Ignoring me, he checked the inventory and ordered another half sandwich to complete what was supposed to be the full sandwich, but he neglected to specify no tomatoes and add onions, so the half sandwich we ended up with did not match the order. He did provide the two missing bags of potato chips.
At that point I asked to speak to the manager and he informed me that he, Joe, was the General Manager and he was tired of dealing with people like me. I must tell you that at this point I am inclined to never return to this location. This confrontational treatment of a customer with a legitimate complaint is inexcusable. We do like Panera, however, and will continue to visit other locations.

Had to stand by the window for a couple of minutes and decided to go to where you order. to get the rest of my order. Was missing cup for hot tea and two cookies. The food portions were small . Chicken bacon ranch with extra chicken wondering where the extra chicken is. The soup was steaming but was luke warm. I don’t know how or what magic was cast on the soup for that. And was lacking flavor. My girlfriend ordered Cobb salad with extra egg. There was no egg at all, and her soup was luke warm as well, so on a cold rainy day, we got luke warm soup and missing items. Only tasty items were the orange ginger tea and the frozen stawberry lemonade. The prices went up, and the service went downhill. Also, the cookie, well, it’s a cookie

I shouldnt have the need to write this review. We love Panera food. However, they messed our order this time. We are vegetarian but were served with Chicken soup I guess. The store manager was very casual about this. I hope they dont repeat the same with others. Food constraints are important to people from various backgrounds

ordered a sandwich(chipotle avocado melt), then the sandwich came with nothing on it that was suppose to be on it. even ordered a passion smoothie and it wasn’t even blended. probably because they are all teenagers! and i even saw one on their phone while making my food!

Trash. We used kiosk to put in our order, but there were no large drink cups anywhere. I stood at the register for at least 10 min within clear view of several employees, one of whom I believe was a manager, and not one person stopped to help me or even acknowledge me. My son finally found a large cup but there were no kids at all. No napkins in the dispenser. 2 of the drink dispensers were completely empty and 2 more were nearly empty. No plastic utensils to be found. Trash all around the floor.

I really wish they would include more vegan soups like black bean as well as vegan bread for sandwiches. A nice salad with chick peas would be welcome.

I love this Panera! As a struggling college student this is one of my go to study spots. It is quiet, cool, and has very nice wifi. Along with this I love the workers. The service here is excellent I’ve never had a bad experience. Along with this the food is always good of course. Over all I will be coming back for sure!!!

Best environment for studying. Wi-Fi is solid. Got about 8,000+ words of my thesis and portions of my defense presentation written while sitting at the tables. Food is awesome, place is clean and cool, staff is friendly, but most importantly, no one bothers you when you’re in the zone. It’s like a study room you can eat meals at. If you ever have to grind out a few hours of hard work, this is the place. Put on some headphones, listen to brown noise and crank out the work. Sip Club is nice to have as well.

Just had my first Panera chicken caesar salad. It was absolutely delicious. Fresh fresh crush. The lettuce was nice. The caesar dressing was excellent And not over done. I will be back!
