The service at this location is usually good, only a couple times they maybe forgot the hot sauce I asked for. The other day however they forgot to give me my drink before the rest of my order. I told them I hadn’t received my drink yet, no big deal. One of the employees gave me a dirty look thru the window like I was lying. Proceeded to take an extra 10 minutes of them standing around before they poured my soda from the fountain.

Watch out for hair! When we walked in a woman complained of 3 hairs in her dish. She threw away her food and left, so we watched our food for hairs….found a hair in my burrito! It was a 2inch long white-ish hair. I told the lady/cashier and she said “ok,sorry”.
Not a sanitary restaurant and poor service from employees. Go to the real Mexican place down the road from here! (El Tequila) we only chose tbell today because we wanted fast food on a run, but our mobile order wasnt ready when we arrived anyway…

Wrong change. Tried to give me the wrong order, forgot the sauce, (asked three times) Every taco shell was broken. One taco had barely any meat in it. Extremely simple order handled disastrously…. Just the most recent subpar experience at this location. Not returning.
Maybe instead of spending all of that money on renovations, you should have used that money to hire/train people to care about their jobs…

i ordered six items from the dinner menu, i am aware that buying taco bell is a risk but the overloading amount of carbs was to tempting. i didnt realize that my misunderstanding would

The lady that took our order probably said 3 words total the whole time we were there, no manners. we ordered through the drive thru and didn’t eat till we got home- my boyfriend took a bite of his burrito and he pulled out a HUGE HAIR!! it was like a 7 inch long black hair! that’s disgusting he couldn’t eat anymore obviously and made me wanna throw up as i was taking bites as well. Definitely not returning. Go to Faribault if you want taco bell! 0/10 recommend i’ve also seen other reviews on this taco bell about hair as well so i’m not the only one.
