This was my second stop here. I had a grilled chicken meal with coleslaw and green beans on my first visit and everything was perfect. This time on my second visit, they got my meal correct but I got chicken nuggets for my granddaughter as we were getting ready to travel a couple hours in the car And they weren’t nuggets. They were squiggly little pieces of very fried chicken and the guy forgot my granddaughter’s barbecue sauce, which you absolutely need for chicken nuggets, but we were already a half hour away. You need a good manager to make sure the newer employees are well trained and deliver what you’re supposed to. My chicken pot pie was good almost great except it really needs less potatoes and more vegetables to make it really wonderful.

At first we were thrilled with how fast it was ready but then realized why. Chicken was definately dropped back in the frier to heat it up and it was unbelievably greasy. They forgot gravy with both side of mashed potatoes as well. It’s my 2nd visit and both were unsatisfactory

I’m not one to complain or even write many reviews but pls avoid this kfc how can a place like that serve raw chicken when they should be making sure it’s to a certain temp It could have been a lot worse for me thank god my body rejected this RAW CHICKEN I just wish I saw it was raw before I ate it and it was the next morning … GROSS

I came in to briefly pick up an Uber Eats order I want to assume the person who walked up was the manager (he was dressed differently from the others). However he didn’t greet me even after I had to greet him first he looked as if I was bothering him so after I told him the name of the persons order I was picking up. He came back with this like “here damn” attitude. I know I probably won’t have to come here again but for this area to be upcoming that’s not a good look. DO BETTER!!!!!

I ordered the chicken tenders because I’ve been on a tasting tenders rage (ie. Raising Canes, Huey Magoos).So far, so good is the KFC offering. I got the original recipe and though they were out of comeback sauce they were still pretty tasty plain. Fresh and just made. I love KFC when they have all cylinders clicking. It makes for an enjoyable experience. I’ll def visit this KFC more when I’m in the area.

I ordered a pickup from KFC and had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. The bag was so heavy that when I picked it up, it ripped and dropped everything on the floor—including some of the chicken. That’s when I realized my order was wrong. I had specifically ordered extra crispy, but they gave me something else.
They offered to only remake the pieces that fell, but refused to correct the rest of the incorrect order. When I asked for a manager, a young kid came out who also refused to fix it and just argued with me. Meanwhile, I stood there being stared at by the staff like I was the problem.
After waiting 15 minutes, I had to ask, “Where’s the chicken?”—they had forgotten all about it. My broken bag and food sat on the counter the whole time, and not one employee came to help or repack anything. I was so frustrated, I packed up what was there myself and left.
When I got home, I realized I had left half the order behind in the chaos and had to go all the way back. On top of everything, the chicken was soggy—my husband wouldn’t even eat it.
Absolutely awful service and food. I won’t be returning to this location—or any KFC—for a long time. Totally unacceptable.

Since the Westlake, FL, KFC was opened several months ago, I have ordered through the KFC app to pick up an order on three different occasions and each one was it’s own kind of terrible screwup. The orders were either the wrong items, part of the order missing or the food was terrible. I don’t complain about anything but this couldn’t be overlooked. The chicken parts were small and dry like they were from the bottom of the barrel. The mashed potatoes were runny and I didn’t a chance to even taste the mac and cheese because it was left out of the order. I hate that I even have to write this but I’m sure that the Colonel is turning over in his grave because of what you’ve turned his fine business into. That’s the last I will be doing business there and I am reposting this to all of the social media in the area. Amazing how many people feel the same way I do. If it goes out of business, I’m pushing to get a Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen.

The only positive is it’s a new restaraunt so clean. I haven’t been to kfc in years and this reminds me why. First, I wanted original chicken was told they didn’t have any. Asked how long it would take and was told 20 mins. So, I decided to wait. 20 mins turned to 35. To add insult to injury chicken was undercooked and falling apart. It was like greasy slop! Even the crispy chicken was too greasy. They do NOT know how to cook chicken here. I have had better fried chicken from the grocery store deli, which is alot cheaper too! The mac and cheese looked old and like it had been sitting for a day.

Everytime I go here it’s like begging people to work like working in my last Amazon warehouse. Hours before close and nothing fresh, nothing coming out, and nothing recently dropped. You may be better off going to habit next door, ar least they make something fresh. ♂️

Three times we have ordered from here since they opened last month. Each time the chicken keeps getting smaller. They are killing babies to make this stuff. Look at the picture attached this is pitiful. The only reason I gave them two stars is because of the coleslaw.
