First time here came the nite of the storm so it was quiet. Was sat quickly by the Hostess. Our waitress was pleasant and attentive. The food of choice was the wings, fried Oysters & shrimp,Gumbo,sweet potato Fries, dessert cheesecake. All food was good. Because of the anticipated storm some dessert items weren’t available. But I will have to come back and try the seafood baskets and other dessert options. So if you’re in the area try them out.

I had the worst experience lastnight, the server/bartender erynn i believe her name is had the worst attitude from start to finish of being serviced. Apon seating for about 10 min, the server came up to the table like “Yall ready?” No introduction, no anything. As I was asking questions about the menu and about drinks she cut us off like “yall ready to order food?”. As she was asking us these questions she made no eye contact just kept rolling her eyes and looking away. Initially my friend and I paid it no mind. Towards the end of our dining experience the server yelled across the restaurant and said “Yall ready to come over here and pay?”. My friend and I were confused bc online the hours stated this location closed at 9:30pm and she was trying to rush us out of there at 9:00 on the dot. We then stated that we would like to finish our lemon drops. After a few min of conversing with my friend the server then stands at the end of our table not saying anything , just stands there. We then gave her our cards and waited until she brung them back. The busser then comes over to get our plates and wrap up whatever was on the table but even in this time it seemed like he had an attitude as well. While he was doing that the server came back over aggressively and asked “What happened??” As if we said anything about her, which we didn’t.
This was my first time coming to this location and it was a terrible experience. The food was good but her nasty attitude made the whole experience sour. She also said she was going to spit on my friend , which is absolutely disgusting. I also hate that gratuity is automatically included bc servers like that don’t deserve an automatic tip. We will not be returning.

Stopped by Crafty Crab at Eastpoint Mall after work and ordered the seafood boil with headless shrimp, red potatoes, corn on the cob, sausage, and noodles in the Boom sauce (mild). Everything was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. The noodles especially, I’ve been craving them for some time! Definitely hit the spot.

This place doesn’t just need a renovation; it needs an exorcism and a hazmat team. I’m not sure if I was at a restaurant or the opening scene of a survival horror game.
The Atmosphere: Imagine “abandoned asylum,” but with more grease. The lighting is so dim and flickering that I felt like I was being interrogated by a failing circuit breaker. Half the bulbs are dead, and the ones that are left are struggling for their lives.
The Hygiene (or lack thereof):
The floors are a biological hazard. My shoes were literally sticking to the linoleum with every step—a rhythmic thwack, thwack, thwack that was the only sound in the entire building. There’s a layer of grime on the baseboards that looks like it’s been aging since the Nixon administration.
The Service:
Non-existent. I stood at the “Please Wait to be Seated” sign—which was covered in sticky fingerprints—for ten minutes. I saw a half-empty coffee cup on the host stand that looked like it was growing its own ecosystem, but not a single human employee. I’m convinced the staff vanished into the “mopping ghosts” along the walls.
The Verdict:
I left before I could find out what the “sour dishcloth” smell was coming from. If you value your health, your appetite, or your sanity, keep driving. This isn’t a dining destination; it’s a cautionary tale.

The Shrimp Boil was seasoned well, hot, & delicious! The fried shrimp was also hot & crunchy. Waitress Savannah was very attentive & pleasant. They have a nice selection of seafood on the menu
I must say when the bar opens they have full potential to be successful as long as the quality of food & service stays the same.

The restaurant lists its closing time as 10:30 PM, but when I arrived at 9:45 PM, I was told I couldn’t dine in and could only order takeout. If you stop serving customers that early, you should clearly state it. I took a taxi and spent money just to be turned away. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Not recommended.

The food was overall delicious. I will say the people that work there attire is not made to be working inside of a restaurant that sells food. In addition, customer service was rude and stereotypical. Never again at this location!!!

Weekday deals are great, food is great, and the service was great. (Haven’t had their boils but drinks were good!) Try the fried shrimp, it’s my favorite.

While the food is fantastic, this particular location is lacking in service and atmosphere. It was like walking into a night club the music was so loud I couldn’t talk to my husband who sitting next to me. And it was very inappropriate, music to play in a place where children are. The service we had was bottom shelf. We were seated and waited a good 10 mi uses before the waitress came to take our order. Once we got our food and drinks the waitress was no where to be found until we had been ready to leave for 15 minutes. The other tables were being tended regularly and I cant help to feel it was because we were the only white people in the restaurant. And the server added the tip to the bill… that is unacceptable. I should be able to tip what I feel the service deserves. Will never go to this location again.
