Unbelievable, so much grease in the to go box while on the go. Would not eat and threw away, waste my money. Terrible lemon peppered chicken, drive thru window area was nasty. Just should have left, guy at window was rude, not busy.

I ordered a coke and they gave me a sweet tea, I confirmed that it was a Coke and still gave me tea. Even when on the bill he corrected it with knowledge and that seems very bad to me. The drive-through is incredibly slow cars are lined out to the parking lot and it takes at least 15 to 20 minutes to get your food. I have seen so many cars drive off so unfortunately because of the wait y’all are losing a lot of business. it’s like this every time I come eat at this specific store.

it concerns me that it appears none of the employees can read above a 3rd grade level and pack an order correctly. i ordered the chicken finger plate with a large fry and coleslaw and did not receive my fry’s or the coleslaw and my drink was supposed to be a sprite but i got water instead. it took 30 minutes just for it to be incorrect. it’s really disappointing a place i like cannot hold up to bare minimum standards.

Zaxbys tongue touched sauce is amazing, it’s even good on the fries. Give that sauce a try. If you have never been to Zaxbys your missing out on one of the best places for chicken in town. This location was clean, and had friendly staff, also the food came out really fast, witch has not been my experience at zaxbys in the past, so good job.

Ordered online. I upgraded to a large meal only to be met with a puny portion of unseasoned fries (requested extra seasoning) and a drink that was 80% ice (requested no ice). The chicken was old, cold, and chewy. I couldn’t eat it. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue with this location. They have pitiful quality control.

While placing my order at the speaker, I had to repeat myself MULTIPLE times and I was also rushed as well. When someone is ordering don’t keep saying “What else” or “is that it?” When I got to the window I was given my food, gave me the wrong size drinks.. WITHOUT paying and when he said you haven’t paid I said “No”. Luckily I’m not one of those people to just finesse the system. I tried to scan a reward it wouldn’t come up not your problem but when I gave him my car he snatched it out of my hand. Do better! Fries were undercooked not seasoned properly or anything. as someone who has worked TIRELESSLY in restaurants I understand what comes with it but if you don’t have the skill in customer service that’s cool! But go somewhere where your talents are appreciated!

Ordered a salad online through the app. My salad was ready and correct. Picked up through the drive thru everything was great. Then I placed an ordered for 10 piece chicken and this time I went inside to pick up order.
All the employees were busy with tasks – food was served timely- order was correct – great customer service.

Ok. Do you get a bonus for every grain of seasoning you save? Like I don’t get it. The food is so bland at this location. Like consistently. They never put seasoning on anything. Are they hoarding it? For what purpose? So many questions… Even the “extra seasoning” is sad lol
